@Lil bear thank you for your advice. I will definitely be upfront and honest about it. It is what it is, I was mostly concerned that because i never took any specific action on this in the past to cancel or withdraw, it would cause some delay with my current situation. Glad to know that's not the case.

@OldUser I really hope so. You don't think something like this could affect a i-130 petition or any of the CR1 process?

I filed the I-129F back in 2017 and long story short things didn't work out. The I129F was approved but since we ended things I just never scheduled the interview or "withdrew" an application. I'm now married and living in a completely different country and now considering a CR1 visa with my current wife. Do i need to officially withdraw this last application or has enough time passed that it would be automatically expired? I'm really kicking myself over this...
