  1. @Lil bear thank you for your advice. I will definitely be upfront and honest about it. It is what it is, I was mostly concerned that because i never took any specific action on this in the past to cancel or withdraw, it would cause some delay with my current situation. Glad to know that's not the case.
  2. @OldUser I really hope so. You don't think something like this could affect a i-130 petition or any of the CR1 process?
  3. I filed the I-129F back in 2017 and long story short things didn't work out. The I129F was approved but since we ended things I just never scheduled the interview or "withdrew" an application. I'm now married and living in a completely different country and now considering a CR1 visa with my current wife. Do i need to officially withdraw this last application or has enough time passed that it would be automatically expired? I'm really kicking myself over this...
