  1. I think the case is good, I want to put the best foot forward because I don't want to be one of the 20-25% denials hehe. As for why the K1. Everyone has a host of different reasons for choosing a visa type. To be honest, for me, time is the single most important thing. Money, I have. I don't want her to work anyway so that is not an issue. Not being able to travel out of the country for a period of time is not great but not as significant as the other reasons. Getting married in Ukraine is not feasible for us and more difficult as well. We have spent a lot of time deciding priorities.
  2. Thanks. That was kind of what I was thinking. Unfortunately Poland and The Netherlands and Germany all put their stamps on a random page somewhere in the passport. Ukraine is quite precise with their stamps but reading for the 2 of the 8 on the page might be annoying to the case officer. But maybe they are so used to it they are not fazed by it. Brian
  3. Hello all, A little background is that I have travelled extensively. 1 million miles was a starter. I have a passport full of stamps. Border petrol agents in most countries are pretty random with the stamps. What I want to know is how should I put the passport stamps in the package? There are 8 stamps on some pages and 3 on others and I need stamps from multiple pages to show a trip. In a scan and print they suck to say the least. To be honest it is hard to make out where they are from or the date looking at the original. Should I scan and print the page with 16 stamps of which I only need 2 and leave it to them to figure out? Or should I print them on a page and add arrows to the page pointing to the stamps in question? What did others do? Trying to put my best foot forward on the I-129F package. Brian
  4. Thanks for the info. I thought it would be good information to add and not just dead weight just wanted someone with some experience to weigh in. I had tickets to go and make everything final in first week of March 2022, then everything went into a tailspin. Also, I understand that "now" means a year from now. NOW meant that she had previously decided that she would not leave her family during the war so we have been waiting to file until she was "comfortable" or at least resigned to it. Her dad was killed, her sister fled the country and with any luck there may be an end to the current war at least by the time the K1 gets approved. I will be there in April to May. I go every 3 to 4 months so I have plenty of trips to document that this is not the result of some vacation fling. Thanks again and fingers crossed. Brian
  5. Hello, I am the US citizen. My fiance is from Ukraine. I will be filing the I129f in a little over a month because she decided to go ahead and come now. We have a large age gap, I have been divorced 2 times, I have a DUI to document in 2019. We have had a relationship for a long time and my question is should I document more than the one trip. I have details for 5 or so trips and want to be able to overcome the red flags already mentioned. I would think showing that we have been together many times and will 3 or 4 more times this year would help with the red flags. Any advice would be useful. Brian
  6. Hello, I am a US Citizen. I am in a position where I am likely to be applying for Uniting for Ukraine for a beneficiary or two recently displaced. My question is on the process. I know that the Ukrainians still need to get the COVID shot before traveling to the US. The best case here would be to apply for the program and get approval then travel to Warsaw and get the shot and then travel 2 or 3 days later. Can the COVID vaccination be administered in Warsaw 2 or 3 days before departure? The only guidance from USCIS is that it must be within 90 days but I don't want them to get hung up in Warsaw and it can't be done in Poltava, so I need to know if the approval to travel can be received before the attestation of the shot. Filling out the attestation after getting the shot then leaving 2 or 3 days later is the most realistic way. Any advice on this would be helpful. Brian
