    Hi... if your applying first time with I-485 then you send it to Vermont... but if you already done you 485 interview, and they request you for 601... so any case in action of 485 goes to TX.... in simple word... without their asking, it goes to Vermont.... currently in process of 485 goes to TX.... 2 address in TX... 1 for only USPS....2nd for FEDEX n UPS

    thank you so much for reply!!!, my 485 start with EAC, but i mailed it through FEDEX ( USPS is Dallas, TX, and FEDEX is Lewisville, TX ) wondering which office is fast, both are in TX

    i did mine 2 months ago $250 ( before making appointment, ask them will they give you 1 copy for you, half doctor do, half dont, but good to have, so why not, trick is confirm it before making appointment

    Hi! Really, what was the mistake in 601, i just filed yesterday, lawyer was asking 10,000, i did it my self, also did you file the 601 @ the local office? i mailed mine to lewisville tx office, i think decision on your 601 will be fast, i saw people are approving in a month, when did you filled the first one, and which location, hopping for mine to be ok, lets see, but no more greedy lawyers, i am don with these people, enough is enough, they are getting beyond reasonable, taking full advantage of people already in pain!!!!

    Hi Everyone in my recent 485 interview they issued me a RFE for 601 waiver, i just finish completing 601 my own, i am in NYC, any knowledge, which address to mail to, please help thanks

    correct, but i was not expecting anything like that, so i was not ready to ask those options thanks again !!!!!! because my asylum case was not successful

    thanks for reply i guess to mail it i dint know this option, that the same officer will take the waiver ( is there a such thing, that we can submit to the same officer, LMK thanks again!!! )

    Hi Everyone i did my I485 interview ( it was 10 min long, just basic information, nothing complicated ) just because my asylum case was not approve, they ask my to file the I-601 waiver any body have any idea, how long that will take, and how hard is to get this waiver please reply thanks

    yes my previous lawyer told me, that i may counter ADMISSIBILITY issue at 485 interview, little worried how to handle that ( thanks for reply )

    Hi Everyone my I-485 interview is schedule for Aug25th, but my case tracking is not showing my this schedule date, is it normal? also before my 360 approval, my political asylum case was rejected, even my appeal was also rejected, will my interview will be complicated? can anyone share their 485 interview details like, how long was the interview, how complicated was, what documents they ask, should i bring lawyer with me, and typically how much they charge to go to an interview please thanks!!!!
