    my journey is not over yet i hired so far 3 lawyer's ( not a single one was human, they see us money pit, stuck in problem ) i hope, i wish to see a human one

    can you imagen their level of cheapness... even after high feeses ( greedy to just booked you ) lazy and rudely reply to your worryfull question ( minute they get paid ).... nerd to ask for mailing charges....such a shame story of all of us.

    it usually take 10 to 12 month from your approval to receive 485 response, so by Jan 24, you will hear something from them ( if you have 485 pending )

    i dont know what is your stage, or proceeding you are in, if you have pending removal order, there are 2 options 1 administratively closer with BIA 2nd Prosecutorial Discretion (PD), usually lawyer go with BIA first ( its have 80% chance of deny, lawyers do just to perform extra service, in my opinion its waste of time, PD is much better to file and more chances to win, do your research on both, see your situation and decide

    Hi Sandra thank you so much for reply they issued me RFE for 2 items,(#1) I-864W ( they asked me to send it to local office ) and for (#2) 601 ( no specify address, and advise to follow the form instruction )

    yes, you are paying them to bossing you ( its everybody story here ) worst come worst, god forbid, if you dont receive receipt by Monday, send your Mail tracking receipt with RFE to local office to acknowledge them, it sent ( just advise, do whats good for you )

    601 RFE is quit common, not lot of people talk about, and somehow for immigration officer, its almost become a fashion to issue rfe for 601

    i am not 100% sure, if check processed, it might be ok, in my believe, these different offices are just different process time, vermont take the longest, because you are freshly starting with vawa, IL want to save your time and process it same time with 485, TX is your last stage, and you already gone through bulk of wasting time, may be the quickest

    its always a good idea to bring it with you, if they ask or dont ( in my interview letter they didnt ask me to bring, but i did ) and just before the end of the interview ( 20 min interview, supper basic ) she ask my medical... so better that way

    only if she issued RFE for that, if 485 interview not called yet, so hold and save $930 + lawyer fee ( you dont know what wavier they will ask for, just a suggestion ) sometime they only ask for PD, its free and can be resolve in 2 months
