  1. I've been told that this was ok when I signed up for the benefits as well.
  2. No the immigrant doesn't receive any benefits. Just me, the us citizen. Should I avoid those documents then?
  3. We are going through financial struggle, but are very fortunate to receive help from family during these trying times.
  4. I am still not getting answered what I ask. Do I have to resubmit my old evidence alongside my new and current ones? There is nothing listed on my notice under "You provided the following evidence that the marriage was entered in good faith." Like it just moves on without listing what they already have from me.
  5. Do I resubmit the old evidence along the new ones since they aren't mentioned in the notice?
  6. We've just always used our passports everywhere. I know it's not ideal and I wish we planned this sooner.
  7. What is NOID? We have two affidavits (one from each side of the family) however not notarized, we had no idea it had to be. 😭 We don't have car insurance but hubby is included in my Food Stamps documents as well as medical assistance docs. We have a lot of doctors notices with our addresses however we don't have the same doctors we see. I have tax transcrips from 2019 to 2021 when I lost my job. Neither of us have a driving license. Or a state ID. I will look for any other bits I can add.
  8. I really don't feel like we have enough evidence to resubmit, would this just cause a hard interview or a denial or either?
  9. We never included hubby on the bank account and he just used mine. I know this sucks but we've been traveling back home and staying there months at a time that hubby just didn't find a job in the states so there was no need for him to deposit funds etc. As far as utility bills, we live in a condo owned by a family member who takes care of those payments for us and we just pay a monthly sum.
  10. As a reference, here is a list of my supporting documents from my original packet: -Conditional Permanent Resident Card Front and Back (copy) - Passport Biographic Page(s) and SSN card (copy) - Letter from Petitioner about supporting documents - 2020 Joint Tax Return Transcript (copy) - 2019 Joint Tax Return Transcript (copy) - 2020-Current Apartment Lease with joint occupancy (copy) - 2018-2020 Apartment Lease with joint occupancy (copy) - Photos - Airline E-Tickets and Flight Itinerary of our travels - Emergency contact of eachother at Doctor offices
  11. Hey guys, we have an RFE notice. Hubby and I were out of town for 2 months only to come back and find the RFE drenched and wet in the mailbox. We're panicking as we didn't have too much time left to compile the evidence and I'm shipping it out tomorrow morning. We filed early Feb 2022. On the RFE notice it says "you've submitted the following documents:" then goes on not to list anything. And then it says not to submit the same evidence again. I'm confused as to if they lost my evidence and I need to resubmit it or they aren't considering it as it's outdated and I shouldn't re submit it. Any advice? I'll attach the notice.
  12. Awesome thanks for the update. Yup that's what I'm seeing too. Sure getting close for us though!
  13. thanks. just making sure since nothing had been posted here in months
  14. Hey guys, Feb 2022 filer here but keeping an eye out in this thread because its right before ours. :) I wanted to ask, how come in the processing times it says May 2021 cases for CSC but I'm already seeing November 2021 cases being approved by CSC in this forum?
