    USCIS responded to my congressman that my I485 is under preprocessing checks and it is already on my field office. Does that mean anything? My vawa was approved in September 2023. How long more should I have to wait for I485 approval or interview?

    Aside to my last question regarding the renewal of my I131, do you guys know how long USUALLY takes to USCIS send RFE for medical after vawa being approved? Mine was approved in September and my I485 haven't moved anywhere Thank you

    HI! Where should my I131 renewal be sent after having VAWA approved? I already got my I765 under C31 and need my parole to be renewed. I have a lawyer and he sent me a receipt number starting with SRC which is Texas service center and I don't understand why since I live in NJ Do you guys have any idea? And SRC is where the renewal is taking longer 17 months while other offices are taking 5-9 months

    My Vawa got approved and now I’m awaiting for medical RFE and then interview and/or approval. My question is: can I get my medical done already? They haven’t asked yet but I’m in Medical school and since I’m having a slower semester right now I would like to get everything I can done. How long is the medical form good for? I appreciate your help.

    Hi! I received a “courtesy approval notice and not an official approval notice". It’s printed in a regular A4 sheet of paper and not on a watermarked paper. Can I use this to apply yo i485? Or I have to wait for the original one? Is this normal? Do they usually send this? I’ve never heard about it. How long should I expect to receive the original one? Thank you 😊

    So I received the courtesy copy of my 360 approval notice but I haven’t received the original approval letter. Is this normal to get the courtesy before the original? I thought they would come together or the real one first.

    On my 1360 form - it said "new card being produced" on 09/29, on 10/02 it changed to "case was approved" and now again today it got "updated" one more time to "casa was approved" is this normal? I'm just worried because it happened before to show my case got approved and days after it changed back to we are reviewing your case so I'm honestly traumatized at this point

    I need some advice on divorce/marriage annulment. I haven’t talked to my husband for years, I don’t know where he is and last time I heard about him he was in jail because of pedophilia. I DO NOT want to see him/talk to him or anything like that. How can I file for divorce without contacting him? i also have ground for an annulment because he was already married when he married me but again - Do not want to see/talk to him. Last time we spoke I told him he was bigamy and he threatened me if I ever say that again since bigamy is crime but I can’t wait to have this marriage dissolved. Please help
