  1. It's always nice when it's down to a matter of when, not if. Congratulations to you! Enjoy your ceremony when it takes place!
  2. Funny enough, I could have qualified for the 3-year rule, but having to wat over 2 years for my ROC, it put me closer to the 5-year mark. Didn't really feel a rush to get the N-400 done, but I'm glad I got it done when I did, considering the political *bleep* storm going on as of late.
  3. Well, my Visa Journey has come to an end. Naturalized this morning. Thanks for everything!
  4. Silly question: the local ECHL hockey team in Portland, Maine has their home opener the same day as my naturalization ceremony. Should I expect to be invited to attend and be part of some pregame ceremony? I've seen this happen in other sports markets where they have the new citizens down at ice level leading the crowd in the national anthem. Just wondering what to expect lol
  5. Edit: they just updated my status showing an estimated 3 months to schedule a ceremony? What the?!
  6. Interview was last Tuesday in South Portland, ME. Still waiting for an oath swearing date. Wish they'd hurry up so I can be done with this lol
  7. Had my interview today. Aced it. Now we wait for the date of my Oath Ceremony.
  8. I got mine scheduled for Sept 24th, as well! Best of luck to you!
  9. I applied online, but the nearest physical office is Portland, ME.
  10. Finally, after 6 months I received an email stating action has been taken on my N400 application. I logged in and see that an interview letter is being sent my way, and a new "countdown" timer has been set for 7 months. Please don't let them schedule the interview on a day I already have something planned lol
  11. Day 99 since last update. Still actively reviewing my case. Funny thing is, the "estimated time" has dropped to 4 months within the last week. I hate the waiting game.
  12. Congrats! I'm guessing online filers from Maine are at the bottom of the stack lol
  13. Man, I'm seeing all these updates, and here I am sitting in the same "Actively Reviewing Your Case" status since filing online back on 3/4.
  14. Filed late in the evening on March 3rd, but it was counted as being submitted and received March 4th. USCIS website started with an initial average review time of 8 months but it quickly dropped to 6 months. Here's hoping things can be done by the end of summer Good luck to everyone filing!
