Hey all, in case it helps my wife and I had a receipt date of 10/1/2018 and got our interview schedule for 1/13/2020 in NYC - so any October filers should expect to hear soon! Just gathering evidence now. We noticed the vaccination report from my wife's medical in the UK left a letter off of her middle name, so I'll have to call and see if she needs a new one. She came in on the K1. 

Would anyone recommend a good place to go for the medical? We were thinking of getting a new one anyway since it seems people are having trouble with it. 

Hi all, just wanted to see where people sent in their EAD/AP renewals. We filed 485/765/131 together at the Lewisville lockbox. The website for the I-765 says only send to Chicago if your original application was filed there, but it doesn't provide any extra info on where to send it otherwise. The receipt number is MSC though, so perhaps they changed the office and everything's going to Chicago now? We're based in NYC, if that's helpful.

I know I've read about this somewhere before but now I can't find any threads on it. My fiancee wanted to see if her brother could join her for the K-1 interview process and sit in the waiting room. Does anyone know if he has to be cleared in advance or is no one else allowed in?

Just called the NVC for my case number and was told the processing time to receive one is currently 8 weeks. The timeline says 10 days! Is this on average with what people have experienced? We received our NOA2 on April 3 and my file only arrived at the NVC today. Just curious to see if it happens a lot faster than their prediction. 

Hi Everyone,

My fiancee in England tours as part of her job. She has a flat in one city but all of her mail is routed to her parent's separate address. Is she okay to put her current address as her parent's house when applying for the police certificate, or is this inadvisable since she technically doesn't live there full-time? She doesn't have any evidence of the address for her flat, so I'm hoping it's okay to list her parent's instead. 

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

Another US-UK same sex couple! Sent papers off yesterday and should arrive tomorrow. Will look forward to something official hopefully next week!
