  1. Not sure what you're looking at, bit for concurrent filing, it's $1440. I double checked on USCIS website. So, as I said: 1. Get a MO this time. 2. You're governed by the new fees: $3265
  2. 1. How much $ did you send with your original petition? 2. If you look at the top of the image I uploaded, you'll see "dates." So, right now, you're governed by new fees (right column of the image).
  3. Make your decision. You can choose to eliminate EAD or AP to lower cost. I wouldn't advise such. You can also Google "USCIS fees calculator" and confirm the costs
  4. MO= Money Order. Unfortunately, you'll have to pay new fees $3265. MOs are capped at $1000. You'll have to get 4 of then. Same forms
  5. Send same forms back. Use MO....go to grocery store or USPS and purchase MO.
  6. So she's never renewed a GC since 2003? I'm certain she should have renewed to get a 10 year GC in 2005 or 2013.
  7. I thought adoption happens in the country of birth? I don't understand how Nigerian law applied to this kid. How would Nigerian authorities even decide that? I think you should have first adopted in the Philippines, then apply for Nigerian PP
  8. 1. Texas Marriage license does state "where/ city/ town" the marriage was performed. 2. No need to wait for RFE. Mexico isn't US. @Vickys_Mom
  9. Mexico isn't Texas...your Marriage was in Mexico. You should have a Mexican MC
  10. They don't ask for your status. I've crossed path with them. They only confirm tour identity.
  11. You can travel outwards with your country of birth's PP. Coming back in is another story (probably $700+ on boarding foil).
  12. Sendwave... No fees
  13. Why renounce yet Colombia allows dual citizenship?
  14. When you get your N400 certificate, you can head to the post office and apply for her US PP. As security, also invest $700+ and apply for her N600 with USCIS
  15. Just curious..in your application to USCIS, did you mention that his parents are alive, in US and without status?
  16. Tha argument is that you need to be admitted with a Visa, and VWP is the opposite...that's where I'm getting conflicted too. https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-b-chapter-7
  17. Not sure if I remember correctly, but under $500 isn't reported.
