  1. And her mother never saw the redflags of her own child's behavior? Where are they from? Seems baby daddy is pulling strings. He already arrived for his own petition.
  2. Your GC relatives being in the country doesn't confer nor add any benefit nor pass to your uncle. His visa isn't current. Just relax
  3. He can be wherever he wants. Questions will be, is he a legal resident at that country to use it's embassy? Currently, Venezuelans are going via Bogota. And I don't think I-134 allows AOS
  4. Did you add your I-751 receipt? If you just did now, you may have to wait till Monday. Once added successfully, there should be 3 tabs there.
  5. Even if it is paper filled, it has a digital it will be electronically recorded of which, if you create an account and add your case numbers, you'll have access to receipts and history of your case. You don't need the watermark paper, though you're required to have it all times. CBP / DMV can just input the case or scan the barcode at the bottom. So, the print from online account should be sufficient. Watermark just adds authenticity, should anything be called to question. I never carried mine anywhere.
  6. Log online or create an account if you don't already have one. There should be another extension there before it hits your mail.
  7. A visit visa is gonna take the same amount of time as I-130 to get to the front of the queue. I'd just put the I-130 in, fly in with wife and the other 2 to trigger GC production, then one of you to fly back and take care of the young one till he gets his visa appointment. I don't see special "jumping of queue" being granted. The kids will become USC upon entry anyway.
  8. You need a new I-693. Talk to the doctor who did it and ask for replacement. Use a money order this time. This is why I always advocate for money orders instead of personal checks and credit card authorization.
  9. Her family back home is best situated to help and support her than one person in the US. If they cannot, then I do not foresee her surviving here when it will just be you and her, whilst she is not working.
  10. Your relative has not been called to war all this time. So, why bother about it? There are many young, overzealous and PS5 trained USC who will be ready to jump the line way way way before your relative is even asked. Calm down. Do not make a mountain out of an anthill.
