    From what I gather here, your coming on B-2 was done with preconceived intent. Anyway, you're not the first nor last. Take the I-130 receipt you received, prepare all the other remaining paperwork (in the AOS guides above) and send to them USCIS. You'll have to pay $1225 for I-485

    I deleted my post because I read the article. Seems they flew to Tijuana then crossed over by car. That might answer the reason for lack of uninspired. I couldn't understand how she flew in the US and passed customs uninspected.

    Last I checked, GC could file concurrently. As for income, do like any USC who doesn't meet financial obligation: joint sponsor or get a job. I'm sure baby daddy can get JS or she will get a job. My money is on the latter as she seems to love baby daddy to death. @OldUser
