  1. It's either: 1. Transcript 2. Return + W2s And since you're listed under your husband, you'll sign your own I-864A.
  2. I am so confused. Are you sponsoring someone OR is this for you?
  3. I know. He was a child. Honestly, for me, I would not indicate. One way or another he is going to be a USC. I just took the easy way out. The parents are long gone and starting to gather papers to find out even if they met requirements to transmit citizenship is a hustle. Where will he start? He is/ almost is eligible for N400 based on marriage. I would take that and wait to see if what happens.
  4. Just print the one from your online account on a normal photo paper. Printing on gold, platinum or tissue paper is not the important factor. What is important is what is on it, which CBP can also easily get by imputing your A -number on the system. Do not overthink or make a mountain out of an anthill or waste money on a new I-131. First of all, that new I-131 will be rejected and your money not refunded.
  5. Isn't TB curable? So, he should have had this taken care of years ago? Who pulled for his paper? Parents or one of his children? Well, if expedite doesn't work, you may as well settle at the border where the son crosses and comes back.
  6. Yes, yes..I knew that my advise today would be controversial. But this same situation was reported here not so long ago. The guy already has a GC. I'm not sure if it's worth digging all the papers, which may not be found at this time. It would just be easier to file N400. That was my opinion.
  7. Take easy way out. Apply for his citizenship based on marriage when his eligibility window opens. You can apply online. There's no requirement. Just Google "N400 USCIS" and choose the option to file online. Really easy and straightforward as opposed to paper filing.
  8. Should be stated on your other letter. These things vary per location too.
  9. I have never encountered such during any I-130 petition. Are you sure the online version asked you for PP photos?
  10. 1. 🤔 2. There's a guides section on top right of page. It has all you need. 3. See 2 above. 4. Online. Google I-94 5. Nobody is required to witness anything. By such, anyone can be a witness, friends, kids, colleagues.
  11. Was there a need for adoption? What about you, were you also adopted?
  12. 1. When was she adopted? What age? 2. Are you sure her adopted parents didn't file papers for her? You need to verify. 3. Which country are we talking about so as to give you accurate timeline?
  13. No. I mean, there's nothing at the back of that N400. So, even if you take make a copy of it on a photocopier, it'll be blank. I mean, if it bothers you, go ahead and do it. Yes.
  14. @Caitlin Kennedy I'd get rid of Exhibit B. It's overkill. You already submitted all these detailed wedding stuff during AOS. I-751 is to show continuation. To some extent, you can resubmit stuff, but not overkill it by sending same detailed stuff you sent 2 years or so ago. You need: 1. IRS transcript OR 2. Returns + W2s You cannot mix and match. Read the instructions. And BTW, USCIS doesn't care if your partner is stay at home. None of their business, provided you live happily and are financially making it. So, no need to prove "productivity."
  15. Make sure he's never been in US before you on another PP. Not saying he's lying, but we've seen situations where beneficiary din't tell petitioner the whole story up until USCIS/ Embassy caught beneficiary. I think the latest was a lady who was told at interview that her husband was already married. I don't recall all facts accurately.
  16. Ooo boy 🤦🏽‍♂️ 1. Nobody has a right to anything, moreso, those naturalized. You've started the "right" game way too early. Pipen down. 2. You talked to Tier 1. It seems you're new to the Tier 1 carousel. 3. You still maxed out your stay till she naturalized. That's the bold factor. I'm Mike-E-ing.
  17. Medicals expire after a certain time. I believe 2 years from day it was signed by doctor.
  18. Why is this the embassy fault? Your own sister declined to pick ¾ visas. Sometimes it's better to take half a loaf than no bread.
