    1. Well, you CANNOT send an outdated version. I'll counter them by telling them they should have used the correct forms. 2. (1) being said, the current version is from July 2022. So, unless you did your medical before this and decided to keep the file at home, they're lying to you and want you to pay extra for no reason. When did you get this medical done? For me, I'd just hit them back with their own words and be like: Well, you gave me this form. You should have known it's outdated and USCIS will reject it. Please fix it.

    Yap. I wouldn't carry on with that MC because it will dictate everything going forward. Why did your wife change her name arrangement on her PP? Did the PP office in Vietnam reverse it? Solution: Go to closest Vietnamese embassy and get a new PP. Then reapply for a MC. This is the cheapest/ fastest and correct way.     You only need: 1. You and her's divorce certificate 2. The marriage certificate that shows you 2 are married. Prior marriage certificates are useless in this petition.

    A considerable amount of people get expedites, but it doesn't mean you're gonna jump the queue. Local embassy is key to making that determination. What's the humanitarian reason you applied under?
