1. Well, you CANNOT send an outdated version. I'll counter them by telling them they should have used the correct forms.
2. (1) being said, the current version is from July 2022. So, unless you did your medical before this and decided to keep the file at home, they're lying to you and want you to pay extra for no reason. When did you get this medical done?
For me, I'd just hit them back with their own words and be like: Well, you gave me this form. You should have known it's outdated and USCIS will reject it. Please fix it.
