  1. You can't do that..the letter, that is
  2. You only need 1. They requested a JS because you didn't make enough, which isn't the case now. So, one I-864
  3. Leave it at home or daycare. Concentrate on your interview
  4. USA. Country of citizenship is not the same as country of birth.
  5. I know what a U visa is and your family isn't getting one. There are many non-immigrants, F-1 students, B-2 visa holders who get attacked/ robbed/ kidnapped while in US? Does that give them a right to get a US GC? The answer is NO. You guys are showing for any GC category in order to remain in US. It is evidently clear.
  6. I'm not selling fear, but you have a long way to go. The net is still wide. I know people in this very situation who won't tell you directly, but they'll never apply for citizenship. In your case, when the net lands, everyone will lose, even your wife and kids. Everything will be reviewed with a keen eye when you apply for citizenship and it may get caught. Did you inform the embassy you married prior to entering US? If you did and still have your GC & they issued visas for family, then you're lucky for now until someone else captures the error. There's no way the embassy would have issued the visas if they were informed of your sudden marriage. I really doubt you informed the embassy, probably at the advise of countrymen. Countrymen always seem to have the "best and smart" advise. Good luck.
  7. U visa for being attacked? Play it till you get it is what I see here. Your parents aren't getting any U visa. Expect scrutiny with your AOS. You should be fine though.
  8. A sizeable natural USC don't even vote. Why are you in a rush to vote in US. You can vote back home. On another scale, I've never understood the rush for naturalized citizens to wanna vote in US. Most are so enthusiastic about it, line up to vote and get the "I voted sticker" just so as to post on social media for their friends. Surprisingly, most even never voted nor even registered to vote in their home countries BUT have to vote in US. I got my citizenship 2 years ago and even registered to vote. I did not even vote in the recent midterm elections. I understand, however, that to each, their own 🤷‍♂️ but immigrants need to pippin down on "I want to vote" yet some never even registered to vote in their mother countries. I see them a lot here. They're the first to go vote but ask them if they ever voted back home "No, my vote wasn't going to count. You know how they rig back home." I guess it's only in US where there's no rigging 🤣.
  9. Go to the post office and apply using your citizenship certificate....
  10. Withdraw your application. Easy. It's not a must one becomes a USC.
