    I agree with @OldUser. I have never understood the rush to get I-130 receipt only to attach it to I-485 package and wait for the other receipts. Just file the whole thing on paper.

    You don't need W-2s and Transcript. Do the latter. I would remove that CFR paragraph. You cannot tell USCIS what to do or direct their process.
