  1. And you need to mention spouse on page 4, part 6, item 8
  2. That case was rightfully denied. Not sure who told you to file yet your spouse at that time was a LPR. As such, that I-130 is dead. File a new I-130. Do concurrent filing since your spouse is now a USC. Remain in USC until you get AP or GC.
  3. Beneficiary. And why are you adding beneficiary's income? Didn't you meet the income. Adding beneficiary's income is just headache. If you met the income, you don't need to use his/her income.
  4. Nothing of that sort. You may be referring to SSN.
  5. Did your mom become a USC before or after your marriage?
  6. Is your mom still a GC holder? And to give you a clear estimate, which country are we talking about?
  7. Then you dinr need I-130 as also mentioned by @Crazy Cat
  8. Follow what the website wants. Nothing you can do about it
  9. Did you get married within 90 days of your K-1 entry?
  10. Embassy website has a pictorial step by step process. But it all starts by filing I-130 as others have already old you.
  11. You're eligible to apply 85 days before 12/03/24.
  12. Visas are issued abroad NOT in USA. And please, don't try to tell her to overstay with the hopes of filing a petition for her. It'll take 12+ years
  13. Detain her for what? Then fly to Cnaada and walk through border. This has been done, even by those with years absence. If they deny her entry, IF, she can just walk back to Canada and fly back to Brazil. Stop blowing against the wind.
  14. You only need quarterly statements. Nobody is going over 7 year's worth of bank statements
  15. You need to submit quality evidence, not just 500+ of stuff. Choose good and strong evidence to submit.
  16. Tell your mom to book a flight, refuse to sign any I-407 form (if CBP gives it to her when she lands in US). Wasting time with B-2
  17. High chance it's getting denied.
  18. When was the I-130 applied? When did your father die? When did you enter US?
  19. 2024 taxes are done next year. So, for now, you'll have to include them in your I-864household size because you claimed them in your 2023 tax year.
  20. No issue. Just be truthful with CBP.
  21. You, USC, went for biometrics? I only know of one situation that may warrant a USC to be called in for biometrics AND the result is never good. Do you have any record?
