  1. And make sure you actually check when she's eligible by using the N400 calculator. Additionally, file 3 days in. Don't file same day or at midnight.
  2. 1. Is this your second marriage? And are you married to someone other than her dad? Just answer YES 2. Shouldn't bother you. Your information is not needed.
  3. I wouldn't help AOS her. My opinion. It will pain you more when she immediately leaves for a new flame, having helped her AOS. And judging by what OP is saying, she looks like the type to flaunt a new flame over your face.
  4. Create USCIS account. Add that receipt number you were given. You will get the same lost notice in there.
  5. Does this mean that our LPR in US cannot file concurrently for their spouses?
  6. They're not your kids. Sometimes you have to take the road not treaded. If you don't pull the I-864 now and think things will change, don't be surprised when she leaves you as soon as GCs arrive. From your old post, won't be surprised if she's flaming someone and will readily leave for that person as soon as she has the GCs. I mean, she disappeared on you for a whole day at the zoo and was with "friends." Yeah, right.
  7. She wants to go back to the Philippines, pull the I-864 and let her go. Don't even tell her. Just pull it. If you tell her, she may recoil and realize you're not bluffing and treat you like a king till she gets her GC then it all starts again. Pull the I-864. File divorce, move out so as not to be slapped with DV.
  8. That is the problem. You should have sent it to IL, not your local field office. Not sure what to do here. Maybe you will need to send a new package to the correct office.
  9. Makes sure you tell IO this exactly at your F-1 interview. What field if study is this?
  10. And he knows that once you're in US, you're not coming back? Basically throwing their money down the drain? Unfortunately, I see you're trying to use your employer to cut the K-1 queue, get a F-1 to get to US, AOS and then stay. Most stuff you can learn online. This plan isn't succeeding, Unfortunately.
  11. You can get married even yesterday. Well, since you got the waiver, I do believe you can AOS
  12. Below zero. No chance of getting B-2 for him.
  13. I don't think you needed to take that route. The embassy, as far as I know, has labs they partner with here in US. All you need to do is contact any lab on embassy website, go do the test and have them send it to embassy. For your mom in Nigeria, I think it is she same process. They have labs there that US embassy partners with.
