  1. You didn't understand me. What happens if divorce drags on and you get RFE that you can't furnish?
  2. You're still married. File as MFJ.. When you actually have the divorce decree, send it to USCIS requesting to update your I-751. Do not file with a "promissory divorce" which may or may not happen and then you're stuck.
  3. Does she gave a GC? Make sure you're not being ropped in for immigration benefits.
  4. Print I-130 receipt and mail it with the rest of the docs.
  5. Not sure what you're freaking over...I've got the same notice a few times. The packages eventually get to their destination. Just relax. You'll need a lot of patience this journey. This FEDEX issue is nothing compared to USCIS drama that we experience in our AOS journey. Packages get marked that they were delivered to my door but none actually was. They shown up 2 days later. I just relax and wait.
  6. Some CBP are always hothead ..They're the gate keepers and feel some type of way, akin to boarding agents. I rarely sign my PP and passed 6 or so CBP who told me to sign it but I never did and then a few who didn't bother, up until my last trip when I came in via Miami and this CBP lady insisted I sign it infront of her and gave me a black pen yet I asked for blue if she was insisting. She then proceeds to look at me with attitude and refuse to give me a blue pen. So, I just signed with black...power tripping. I've passed the same amount of immigration officers in other countries. Even one in Mexico told me to sign it but I told her I'd sign it later. Anyway, sometimes CBP have small attitude. No need to fight with them. I can only recall a few that are chatty with me.
  7. Boy O Boy!! So you said a coworker at a campus house? You were married and staying on campus? Then again you said happened at her house? So which is which? You're not being totally honest here. So, best wait and see what happens to your case. Are you really from the UK? I'm doubting this too because your English is wanting. This doesn't pass my smell test. I'll be Mike-E-ing
  8. All those 365 days you mentioned and you hadn't thought of this?
  9. What health impact is this? Additionally, your username will make any K-1 to be questioned, especially of you guys are already calling yourselves Mr & Mrs.
  10. And this is what you're trying to chase. I saw this long ago........KCC to open your case and then you go around and make a ID to match. Additionally, if this was the case, KCC and US embassy should be aware that Afghanis don't record their DOB. Why not go to the embassy and get them to substantiate your claim to KCC? Do you have an Afghani ID? Isn't in your pocket? I'm pretty sure every adult in Afghanistan has one. If you have one, does it have DOB on it? Even in Biblical times, DOB were recorded. You're not gonna convince us that thousands of years later and in modern times, noone is recording DOB in Afghanistan. You're bluffing. DV are per year fiscal year. If you've spent 365 days already trying to figure out what you used on the winning entry, I'm sure that year is gone. You're not as smart as you think you are regarding this DOB shenanigans. And abusing people on this forum won't help you. Go to embassy and have them help you contact KCC instead. Keep us posted. Mike-E-ing
  11. She was shown the confirmation. But again, it may have been photoshopped or made up.
  12. And I know "buying DV" exists. Back in the predominant cyber days, the cyber agent played for my mom. She won. The agent then started demanding fees and mom paid. Unfortunately, she never got the DV. I guess he sold it to highest bidder who may or may not have been successful in using it. He was the one who got the email confirmation. So he was controlling everything. This was in 2001/2. I remember mom talking about all of us going to America 🇺🇸!!!!!
  13. Did you buy your DV win from someone who shares similar name? Or since Afghanis have same name, used multiple fake DOB on entries and one won. Either way, you're not getting KCC to tell you your DOB. Seriously, how can you not remember your DOB? I'm sure you have national ID and additionally, people in your country have successfully come to US. So, they have BC and specific DOB. You're trying to outsmart the system. You're not going anywhere. Sorry. Mike-E-ing
  14. .....June 07? I may be living in another planet or a few days behind or 16 years ahead of everyone. If I'm 16 years ahead, lemme tell you what happened so you can benefit..buy bitcoin NOW and sell in 2021 when it peaks at $65K, COVID will hit in 2020. It's a death disease. Prepare health wise so you don't get it. When it hits, everything will slow. Buy AMC, GameSpot and NFT. Sell NFT within a week of purchase. Houses will be down. Buy one then. They'll be 3 or 4 billion dollar lotteries. I'll give you those numbers later if we agree that will go 50/50 on each.
  15. @OldUser where in the immigration journey are you? I ask because if you'll be filing some papers sometimes later, no need of filing address change. Just put new address on new petition. Just don't move in the middle of a petition. Sometimes those address changes aren't captured 😂 and you end up with mail still going to old address even though USCIS sent you confirmation for new address.
  16. You can't do this. The son is the one to sponsor his dad. Since he doesn't meet income, you're a joint sponsor.
