  1. When did you became a citizen?? Month & year? When did your parents come in exactly?
  2. Put the income of the person sponsoring you.
  3. Where's your cousin from? And how many people are immigrating with him?
  4. Everything has to be in PP name. Other will suggest you carry your MC too.
  5. Nobody cares if you cut them at home. Just try to cut straight. Infact, I printed mine on my home printer and cut it myself
  6. You can also cut them with scissors. Done that for my PP application and it was accepted
  7. F-1 is non immigrant. You're already describing immigration intent. So, file CR-1
  8. So your OPT health insurance was gonna cover him, yet he had no legal stay in US? I'm sure your HR would have objected this. Yap. Your son stayed so that he could adjust with you when you married so you kill 2 birds with same stone and hence he doesn't have to interview in Nigeria. It's pretty evident. Well planned. There's no OPT2 for your son. He stayed on purpose. Anyway, that's gone anyway. Same story with your mom. As I said, your dad's goose is cooked. I'm out. Too many webs here because of some ingenuity. I'm out.
  9. So you were not a resident nor a citizen but held your son back to get US medical? How were you gonna afford this??? I was F-1 and was surely broke as hell. Hell, even USC can't afford health care. You still didn't answer my question: why didn't you go to Nigeria and come with him? When he came, were you: 1. Out of status? 2. Planning to marry a USC? How did your mom get GC? Did she come on B-2 and AOSed? Unfortunately, your dad is done. Your dad's goose is cooked. This shall not pass the smell test. I'm gonna Mike-E at this point Probably out of status
  10. There's no AOS for your SIL. And she cannot be warming the couch in US while on tourist visa. Your wife can apply for a sibling visa. It'll take 8+ years depending on country.
  11. Nothing "cultural" about your son calling his grandfather dad. Tough but you may have to consider family reunification the other way. Why didn't you go bring your son yourself in 2016?
  12. They're not. I'm sure there's a catch. Probably give everyone conditional, then hike ROC fees. So, by logic everyone gets ROC as opposed to now where your file can take 2 years and you end up skipping ROC. Pretty sure there intent is to reduce wait times to below 2 years so you can pay them agian at ROC. So, these fast approvals will be gone and the new fast will be interview 5 months prior to hitting 2 year anniversary so that they can catch you at ROC and take your money. By doing this, they'll be killing two birds with the same stone: getting your ROC $$ + increasing processing times to what they almost used to be but below 2 years
  13. Apparently, I'm seeing a lot of these fast approvals. At the same time, I'm trying to figure out what's USCIS motive because they don't hasten a process for no reason.
