    I doubt if there's a welcome letter for interview. I think they're for when you receive your visa. Or you meant "when will I receive the letter for interview?" That's an interview letter, not a welcome letter.

    Just print the one from her online account or scan and email the the one you have. I would choose printing from online account. Then just show the agent. Most probably, they'll let her through

    There's an option for someone to pick the PP on your behalf. You'll have to apply at the agency in person, leave with your Brazilian PP and designate your husband to puck it up. He can then bring it to you or get it to you whichever way you guys find fit. You'll need the US PP to return back to US
