  1. 1. How much was your total check? 2. Did your bank remit all the money to USCIS? That's why I advocate for money orders
  2. I doubt if there's a welcome letter for interview. I think they're for when you receive your visa. Or you meant "when will I receive the letter for interview?" That's an interview letter, not a welcome letter.
  3. Questionn was: when did they marry (year), got DV denial (year) and when did they divorce (year). Those 3 are crucial information.
  4. No can do. Expedited are for specific reasons, not just "I want to expedite because I want my parent to come back with us."
  5. Better use your time wisely. Average interview is 1.5 years. Bot sure why you're looking everyday
  6. I doubt. If they were able to find jobs immediately they landed, I'm sure they're planning to marry USC. That is the plan.
  7. If they don't want to come, why are you insisting on GC-ing them? Quality of life for those above 60years is better outside US. They have family members and a whole village to gossip with. Whom are they going to talk to in NY? Leave them alone.
  8. So you knowingly lied because others were doing it? There's no way you dint remember that you've applied for a visa at US embassy twice. 2 at a specific place, US embassy in this situation, is a small number to forget. And there was internet back in 2002 and Nokia 3310 cell phones. You're still not telling the truth in 2023. This doesn't pass the smell test. I'm out
  9. How did you and your son enter the country? And this is not a FO doing
  10. Scan it well though, so that it prints out and looks legit and not disoriented/ snitch on itself that it's a scan. Keep us posted to know how it pans out.
  11. Just print the one from her online account or scan and email the the one you have. I would choose printing from online account. Then just show the agent. Most probably, they'll let her through
  12. On what basis are you filing EAD? Are you adjusting status?
  13. I would encourage her to rethink. Come in US, trigger GC, file AP.
  14. C09.. Are you adjusting? How did you come in the country?
  15. There's an option for someone to pick the PP on your behalf. You'll have to apply at the agency in person, leave with your Brazilian PP and designate your husband to puck it up. He can then bring it to you or get it to you whichever way you guys find fit. You'll need the US PP to return back to US
  16. Contact NVC and ask to fix. They won't find the problem and fix it for you. You find the problem and direct them to fix it with evidence. Bingo
  17. You don't have to pay again for AP/ EAD. They're free with pending applications.
