  1. Why such a complicated journey? Just get an emergency PP appointment with your travel date
  2. Not sure. However, I know they're issued by DCI (Directorate of Criminal Investigation) who are ever active online on Twitter or via email. Probably, reach out to them via either.
  3. There's a specific way of how to write that check. Google "How to write USCIS check."
  4. She may be forced to hang around her old address to intercept if AR-11 does or doesn't work. Even if AR-11 is accepted, I'd hang close to old address because USCIS is known to have its own brains
  5. Wait, what??? This looks like trying the mythical "invitation letter." It doesn't matter who pays for her trip. What matters is "what will force her back to Madagascar " after her trip is done. Your friend visiting Madagascar doesn't answer this. This is a very "unique and precious friend" to the fact that the US counterpart is willing to move mountains. I smell "plans changed as soon as I saw the back of CBP. I felt right at home in USA/ we fell in love right away. It was not intentional."
  6. So English can only be learned in USA? Dios Mios! Australia and South Africa are closer to Madagascar, cheap and they speak English. This "I wanna learn English in USA" is old already. Just get the right visa for what you really want to do and not "camouflage" intentions.
  7. Not sure why people want to spend $$ learning English in USA while you can learn online and for free. I use Duolingo to learn Spanish. It's free. Should I go to Spain to learn Spanish? I don't understand people sometimes. Additionally, you can go learn in Europe or even in African countries that speak English. Why USA?
  8. This is why I always tell people to use money order. Go to a grocery store and purchase a money order. They're capped at $1000. You don't need a new I-693. Send back the unsealed
  9. What's the "residence since date" on her GC, whether the first GC or the 10 year one. Read it for us. Look at the card
  10. It's not expired. So, you can travel with it, up until the day it expires. After it expires, you need the expired GC + extension. If you file and receive extension before you travel, you still don't need to travel with the extension as explained in the opening statement. However, you're free to travel with it if it makes you feel better. @Rocio0010
  11. Seems like the mother and alleadged father aren't seeing eye to eye. Something happened somewhere. 🤔 Was this just a fling that resulted in "pregnancy?" But of luck. I ran out of popcorn 🍿.
  12. Cases take years to resolve. She going to be staying on B-2? 😂 Even if adjudicated, judge would appropriate it to living standards in Colombia. I know Colombia. Travel there frequently. How did she know the kid was going to be born with impediment? Did she do drugs? Smoke? I've never understood how Colombians and Venezuelans are always broke but buy designer bags, numerous plastic surgery and have $$ to go to Spain. I know a bunch who ask me for $$ for food (little $$ here and there), then come to find out, they're flying to Chile or Spain. I'm like 🤔😳
