  1. No...wait.... Did you send personal check or money orders? Do your parents know they won't be able to leave US for atleast 8 months? And are you USC?
  2. How is her dob on all documents incorrect???? I don't get this.
  3. You don't need to wait. Put the new address in your forms and send. Since you're 3 days away from moving, you're good. Those receipts come back after 2 weeks. So, it'll find you at new address... Save three days
  4. No need. It doesn't meet the threshold
  5. I got lost listening to him since he first came on board some episodes ago.
  6. You have no choice but declare. Even if you don't, you'll get caught. I tend to think since you'll be (1) writing your mom's name or (2) she wrote your names years ago, the system is going to match and boom, you're caught even though you didn't disclose. So, not a smart idea.
  7. Passed there within 30 mins last time. Immigrant line, I'd say 1 hour. So, you should be good.
  8. 5 hours is plenty.. I'd take flight 2.. We're switching countries. Hahaha I'm heading via Miami to Colombia.
  9. It says "send a written request." I'd basically do just exactly that and certify mail it
  10. I've never signed it and had no issue. I just put the info and left at that. The form will have your signature at some pages right above anyway...
  11. If they do and see this, reach out to me. I want to work for them, but 6 figures. This morning, I was thinking. USCIS should employ some of us here in VJ at hourly rate to revise applications and mark as deny/ approve. Cuts work for IO. This will be cheaper for them and also help them speed up processes. So, you just appear at interview and your decision was made months ago...with all questions to be asked. 1. You came on B-2? 2. You were married to XXX 3. Where's the divorce certificate? 4. You have children with XXX. Basically, we do all the hard work and all IO has to do is know where to go fish answers (from DHS system) but denial/ approval decision that we made still stands. I will gladly take even $20/hour of my free time to work on cases. Of course, I have my main job.
  12. That's vague. Didn't you not get RFE. Did you respond to it? There's definitely a very good reason for your denial
  13. Rare for I-130 to get denied. @Boiler You can refile, BUT unless you satisfy the reason for previous denial, you're wasting time and money. Why was it denied?
  14. What's that validity og your green card? 10 or 2 years?
  15. Wait... Mine took 1.5 years...others are lucky but some of us aren't.
  16. Just file I-751 with new address. No biggie at all. You can leave your cousin's house to receive your USCIS mail or update everything (when you file I-751) to where you currently live
  17. I got an ID without GC..All I presented were forms to help prove residence eg bills and my foreign PP. And same time, I used same to apply for DL. I didn't have GC then.
  18. Why don't you just get an ID???? Really simple and has nothing to do with GC. Take a few bills etc to prove residence and such. Take your PP too. Not sure why you're flashing GC at supermarket...be careful because if it gets lost, you're in for a long ride.
  19. Everyone will be interview separately, unless under 14
