    You don't need to wait. Put the new address in your forms and send. Since you're 3 days away from moving, you're good. Those receipts come back after 2 weeks. So, it'll find you at new address... Save three days

    You have no choice but declare. Even if you don't, you'll get caught. I tend to think since you'll be (1) writing your mom's name or (2) she wrote your names years ago, the system is going to match and boom, you're caught even though you didn't disclose. So, not a smart idea.
