Help, please. B2 tourist visas for 2 relatives in Colombia.

Welcome to the world of @Boiler. He's short and direct. With time, you'll understand him within first reading. As of now, you may have to read 10 times and scratch your head a little. But he's knowledgeable. So worth the reading. -

What @Boiler is saying is that there's no chance of them getting B-2. This is what I also wanted to say when I asked you if you're familiar with "Bogota and B-2s" Colombians are notorious for overstaying in US. As of today, Mexico has put a strict measure on them because they're now using Mexico as a catapult to get into US via border and claim frivolous asylum. A lot of them are being denied/ being deported as soon as they land in Mexico. There was such a post here a month ago. -

I am confused. On another note, I'm not sure if you're familiar with US Embassy Bogota and their B-2 process. But I'll reserve that sicne it's not what you asked. -
I really dislike it when people come on board and say "I'm from Latin America/ Africa." The only time they're proud to mention a country is when it's USA. Even if you mention the city, noone here in US is going to find you. Not sure why a date was written for the future. Something fishy going on here, hence the need to tell us AFRICA. I'm with @Redro. Lemme not say what I wanna say because I'll get a moderation and ban.

Sibling with same biological parents
Timona replied to ev808's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Seems th game here was for the sister to use adoption to get to US but that ship sank before she made it ashore. Now, there's a U-turn and sibling wants to sponsor sibling.. This adoption game is well known in the Philippines. Answer is NO. -
If you're on good terms with hubby, time to sign I-407 and restart process. Your current GC is dead. It'll be caught. Better fix it right now. There was a poster here a while back who got ROC without interview, and during that time, she'd divorced (I think she was waiting to got to interview and present divorce papers but got approved without interview and just sat on the divorce papers). Anyway, she applied for N400, got caught and was thrown back to go fix her ROC.

Receipt number invalid???
Timona replied to TUC's topic in Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports
I know this. Was just wondering why someone would not favor getting information direct from the source like you just mentioned but go the 3rd party route. -

Giving data to third parties isn't something I'd recommend. -
And probably even this robbery was staged. And how do we know the robbery people were USC? And was it fatal to warrant star witness protection?? As in investigating officer, if someone walked to my desk and asked me "Can I get U-visa because I witnessed a crime?" I'd first ask, "How'd you know about U-visa?" And did this affect you in any way? How'd you even know if those involved are USCs?" Basically, for someone to ask tou this, they know more about the robbery. Planned.

I would think revocation of any benefit by anyone linked to him eg the gas station clerk whom he had "robbed" earlier on, at a different location. They weren't coperating to get the hitman arrested. The hitman was helping them get "evidence" for GC. If it was to get arrested, police would be nearby, in unmarked cars. Swoop before all that happened

I get you now, Our Dear Librarian. Many reasons for NO. Just to mention a few: 1. They planned it. Had they not, this would not have happened. 2. They're now in problems because their actions led to a guy getting killed. 3. Even if they file with USCIS, it'll be denied because this is FRAUD. They had planned to deceive USCIS. 4. Their lives aren't in danger. 5. They cannot be of importance to the state/ their "witnessing" because it was all caught on camera. Basically, they're not "star witness."

Staged robbery was going on at one of the gas pumps. At that time, there was a dude in a red car parked at the entrance of the gas station, front of car facing the entrance to the gas stations store. The dude saw the "robbery." He got out and shot the robber. The robber died on scene. Later on, police found evidence from the robber's phone with the guy that hired him (the guy approached by the immigrants). Texts suggested the two (hit-man and the employer) had done this a couple of times because the hit-man said "Oooo just the usual gas station "robbery."" The dude who pulled his gun and shot the hit-man isn't facing charges because he did the right thing: He saw an armed robbery and reacted. It was later, after the texts where found, that it became apparent that this was a U-visa scabecause the planners even mentioned the word "U-visa in the texts."
