  1. Guys, you missed something. Seems OP lives in Mexico and just wants to walk back and forth to maintain residency.
  2. As @Lil bear said. However, if I were you, I'd stay put for 2 more months at current address. USCIS and address changes is like playing hide and seek. You'll change the address, but they still send the GC to the old address and you end up having to chase them for it, a process which takes more than 6 months, if you're lucky, that is. So, if you can stay put until you receive the GC, stay put.
  3. Quality of life for old folks is better outside than inside US. Had it been me, I'd just leave them in Peru. Additionally, making new friends and interacting to the society and new environment at such an age is tedious. Lastly, you will have to pay their health insurance yourself. And as others have said, it's not cheap. $700/ month just for them to be on Healthcare that they won't use everyday is a waste of $$ in my opinion. I'd rather give them half that to enjoy life outside. P:S: Doesn't apply to just OP, but they're a lot of posts here of people who immediately become USC and want to sponsor old parents. Problem is, those posters think their old parents will automatically qualify for Medicare upon landing. That's not the case. I would rather people understand this before starting to sign parents up for GC. Again, I'm not targeting anyone.
  4. What is this form 213A that you've prepared? Never heard of it before Are you a USC?
  5. There's no expedite that you're going to get so that she goes abroad. USCIS isn't going to entertain it. As @Dashinkastated.
  6. There was a poster here form Israel earlier this year who did one by herself. Just use the search button or pay @Redro to pull it out for you. She's our beloved librarian. Just kidding about the payment.
  7. I have a good one. Mine was 40 pages or less: evidence + I-751 pages. Follow what @Rocio0010 had and just omit/ sub what you don't have.
  8. When did your wife vacate he house? And what evidence did you ultimately send in?
  9. Why did they request evidence? What country are you from? Doesn't USCIS give 3 months to respond? Why did it take you so long?
  10. You may be lucky of someone ships that AP to you, if you even get it. Lately, some people applied for AP, never got it/took too long that interview came hence that AP was useless. Your best bet is to hope to get AP and not interview because with the latter, you're screwed.
  11. There's a huge VAWA sub forum here. Better go there for better answers https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/812843-vawa-part-27/
  12. There's free airport WiFi in US. Use Whatsapp to communicate wherever she is at the baggage. Pick her at baggage exit.
  13. Unlikely, yes, but quick divorce and marriage trend from UK has started too. Seen a few cases from there.
  14. You may also wanna factor in if short marriages and quick divorces are something your country folks tend to do. What country are we talking about?
  15. You were here a while back...I would get the correct documents. You may pass one hurdle for now, but immigration has multiple hurdles. You'll get stuck somewhere down the line.
  16. Fix it. Her birth city still exists. So, no exceptions. I wouldn't even submit that document as it'll cause you more problems with immigration down the road.
  17. To make it simple, you have to hold atleast 2 PP prior to renouncing. Your plan is to renounce one before getting the other. What guarantees you that you'll get the other? Infact, had you succeeded with your plan, you'd be stateless right now, since USCIS has decided to deny your N400. You could have just gone, taken oath, kept N400 certificate at home. Shot yourself here
  18. Taking the oath didn't mean your mother country was on the ground to snitch on you. I mean, officials from your mother country aren't at the oath to pick up your PP. You have to go to the embassy later. You could have taken the oath, kept the certificate, applied for US PP, then abandoned your other. Even people who renounce, prior to renunciation, have 2 citizenship. You cannot go renounce country A because you're sure you're going to get B. That's not how it works. You obtain B first, then go renounce A. I'm not sure what you were upto..
  19. How'd you mistakenly file that a beneficiary is married?
