  1. Amd again, in some countries, anything can be bought. OP hasn't given us the country. So, we can't narrow down further.
  2. He doesn't need to go home when you do removal of conditions. He can travel in and out during it. He still has his GC status
  3. Tough one. But if she's on interpol, soon enough, they'll link it to your address. "Ooo shoopp, here she is. She went to US, got a GC at this office. Here's her number and her hubby's and their address." Honestly, if she's on interpol AND you now became aware, I'd call it in. Why? You won't be able to wiggle your way later when interpol comes knocking and they ask when you knew and why you didn't report as soon as you knew. And just like that, her problem became yours. If I were you, I'd call it in. I'm sure local police have connection to interpol. And then get a divorce while she's going in. Easy divorce that way. P.S. Doing it as I suggested may be a blessing and dislodge you from that I-864 obligation. Why? You divorce and she may be forced into signing I-407 on her way out.
  4. @Boiler did this person call in or was JH telling a tale? If former, send me episode and timestamp
  5. File online, click submit and welcome to the waiting game. It's that simple. Wait time is 1.5 years. He doesn't qualify for DCF. P.S: When he files online, make sure he chooses the consulate option as the same form has multiple uses. And forget about that K-3. It won't go anywhere
  6. So, why not use thr other bedroom to store the stuff you have and share the other? Having and sleeping in different rooms isn't a problem. But the reasons for yours are questionable 🤔
  7. If she's taking your name, easier to change her name while you send her initial package. Then just get her a SSN that way. Give or take, 2 months. I mean, she just came into US. I don't see the need to get a job ASAP as she needs to get acclimated with US.
  8. Best spend your time doing something else. Let it surprise you if it comes faster. You never know. Tomorrow you may be hit with RFE and endless loop of abyss AP. So, just spend your time not intertwined on immigration.
  9. Just to add, fill a new I-751 while at it and choose the "divorce option" check box. Add it to what @carmel34 said
  10. How do you pay for tuition before even jetting in the country? And her ESTA may be denied too. Best get married via zoom and apply for CR-1
  11. To add on @NorthByNorthwest, depends on country too. Philippines and Mexico have the longest wait times
  12. Well, I think you might have triggered these series of events by requesting NOA1. For USCIS, be patient. There was a time NOAs were taking 2 months to be sent back to petitioner. That's under the bridge now. Just ignore the "mail being returned." Just be patient going forward.
  13. No need for church letters. It adds no weight. I think you should take this really slow until you're sure. You don't want to end getting played at 24. Maybe talk to the VJ members who are familiar with Philippines to see if you're missing some red flags. 2.5 months and you want to marry a foreigner?
