  1. Bro you good. Kind of overkill LOL. I submitted basically the same evidence as you. If you show up with your fiance for the interview, it's practically a lock going by what you have said. During the super short interview, they asked my fiance one question...what was my job. I don't even think they asked me anything at all. Also, they "interviewed" my fiance alone...I was told to have a seat nearby in the waiting area in front of the booths. After like a min she gave me a thumbs up and I went up to the booth and said thanks and we left.
  2. I made a mistake letting my wife sponsored then : ( How much longer do you think it will take if we wait? Or should I start the process to sponsor the child?
  3. I may have made a mistake. I'm not sure. I did not sponsor because I am not the parent by blood.
  4. Hey everyone. It's been awhile since we have received any updates. I think we are just waiting for an interview date at HCM. Our documents were approved by NVC FEB 2023. The priority date for this F22 case is 14 JUL 2021. I'm not too sure on how to read the visa priority date bulletin. Can anyone guesstimate on the wait for an interview? Thank you.
  5. Awesome if that is the case, I will attend the interview to make sure it goes smoothly. Thank you for the reply.
  6. Howdy, my wife is the petitioner in form I-130 for her unmarried child under 16. It was recently approved and is processing in NVC currently. My question is she is awaiting her 10 year green card and her current card is long expired. She is hesitant on making that trip for the interview without the 10 year green card in hand. Does she have to attend the interview for her child or can I or a family member over there attend with her child? I am sorry if this is confusing. I tried to word the situation as best I can. Thank you for your help.
