  1. I’ll tell everyone this. If your eligible to apply for citizenship do it. My wife will be just less the 5mo from filing n400 to oath.
  2. Have you been signing into your account or just using the check status? Check status will not show any documents. You must make a account to see documents once you put in your case number.
  3. That’s news to me as I just spoke to a IO on Feb 16th and he stated you would have to go to local USCIS office for extension stamp. If you have a USCIS account you can check in documents for extension letters.
  4. Would say it depends on if your I751 is approved already or not.
  5. Yes you should rush your N400. No it does not grant a automatic extension of I751. You should of received a 24 month extension letter to replace the original 18mo extension letter. If your coming close to 24mo then you can contact local USCIS office and they will stamp passport with a extension. I was told this by IO last month when wife had her N400 interview. As i asked him some questions about I751 delays. He told me there was 2 boxes sitting in the corner full of I751 applications. But, they were instructed to rush the N400 applications. My wife Filed N400 on Oct 30th. Had phone approval for N400 on March 1st. Oath of ceremony is scheduled for March 20th.
  6. Today wife received oath of ceremony date. Finally the last step is in front of us. I-751 sent 08-03-2021 Biometrics reused NOA 02-22-23 N-400 sent 10-30-2022 Dual Interview 02-16-2023 approved pending I-751 being sent to Detroit Phone call approval 03-01-2023 Date of Oath of Ceremony NOA 03-02-2023 Oath of Ceremony 03-20-2023 Wish you all a speedy Process…..
  7. See ya there. And once again Congratulations
  8. Wife’s oath is march 20th @10am 231 W Lafayette Bvld Detroit Room Might end up with the dame day. If u have a USICS account you can check there under documents
  9. One last step to go and this whole process is done and over with. It may of been my birthday yesterday but , the wife got the biggest present.
  10. I spoke way too soon. Today's my birthday and the wife recieved this. Yes interview was in Detroit
  11. Congrats first and formost. Don’t expect to have everything done in the next month. My wife’s interview was Feb 16th. Was given the same information as you were. On Feb 22nd I 751 updated online to biometric reused Feb 28th received a NOA that case has been transferred to Lee’s Missouri obviously no other updates at this time. But, from reading the forums people who have been transferred to Missouri have waited any where from 1 week to several months for there I751 to be approved.
  12. Received letter yesterday from USCIS stating our case has been transferred to Missouri. From what i have read this can be normal movement. Not very reassuring since USCIS likes to pass the “buck” around rather then just doing what they are paid to do. Review, RFE, approve etc. N400 interview on 2-16-23. Approved pending I751 approval and or transfer to local office for approval.
  13. Does your n400 info still show up? Ours does. It just the i129 and i751 that have glitched
  14. Hoping this is a glitch or they are working on the I751.
  15. Hoping this is just a glitch or they r approving the I751
