I am planning to get married soon and then return back to US and file CR1. is there any particular paper that needs my spouse original signature in order file I130 or any original documents I need to bring with me

please let me know

I came to US as LPR on 01/27/2013 and during my 5 years time frame I was out of US for 364 days at one time and the other time I was out for 2 months. 

can I apply for US Citizen now or not

if not then how long do I have to wait.

I came to US on 01/01/2013 as LPR. I used to live in North Carolina  but now I moved to Ohio. how long do I need  to be a resident of Ohio in order to apply for citizenship.

I am planning to get married soon in my girl friend home country. so I am planning to file for CR1. what are the forms that need my GF original signature. I want to make those forms ready and take it with me so that later we don't have to spend $$ on FEDEX or DHL.

How long have you known her? How long have you been together? What is the difference in age? Do you both share the same culture?

These are some the things that USCIS and ultimately the embassy may take into consideration before approval.

meet in 2012 but that time she was not my girl friend just family friends and I was still married to my ex that time. we got 12 yrs age difference.. is that a problem.? yes we share same culture.

I am divorced. Paying child support for 2 kids. I sponsored my mother & Father to come to USA and they have green card now.

so if I want to file K1 for my girl friend how much gross income I need to make in a year.

once you file the petition with USCIS you can be anywhere. Just some one need to see the mails and inform you. like if you get RFE or if USCIS wants additional verification then they might send you mail. otherwise if you appoint attorney then you He will handle every thing on your behalf

I am US citizen and I sponsor my parents to come USA. they are already here for 5 years. now the thing is that after living in US for 5 yrs are they eligible to apply for public benefit. they both have green card.

she is not working.. she is a student. just want her to come here sooner that's all. I got a house to live in and a good Job so $$ will not be a issue.

I am not concerned of $$ or paperwork because I got a house to live in so if she is not able to work for a year also we will be ok.

just thinking which way to choose K1 or CR1. if incase K1 gets denied I am thinking its going to be even  longer process. but if it gets approved then we are good no problem.

Hello I am a US Citizen. I got a girl friend in Nepal. I am planning to go to Nepal after 3 months and would like to bring her to US soon. which way shall I choose so far I know is K1 or CR1. what is the best thing to choose ? how is the success rate in K1 visa or what need to be done to make it 100 % approval for visa. before choosing any direction I would like your valuable comment so that I will choose the right path.
