    If you go in for an infopass, they'll get this sorted out for you. I didn't receive a biometrics letter either. I just went for an infopass 8 weeks after I filed my petition and asked if biometrics can be done then...and they got all done within 1 hour, no issues at all.

    Hi there,

     

    I've been reading this forum for a while and I have a question about biometrics. I submitted all my paperwork last year, got the notification August 4, 2016. I never received a letter to get my biometrics done. Is this normal? Back in November 2016, I went to the office and asked about it. They told me I didn't get a notification about doing biometrics "because my case had not been assigned yet". In January I sent an email to USCIS and I got a similar response. What do you guys think?
