    I do not know if this is the right place to post. Does anyone know the wait time to get interview schedule by the embassy after NVC stage completion for Lagos embassy. Any input will be appreciated.

    The instructions does not say whether to upload or mail. But I did online application from the onset. And my online account is displaying " Respond with evidence ".

    I have a birth certificate but couldn't find it as at the time I moved to US enhanced the reason for getting attestation for age declaration in the court house. And I did not have issue with it during my immigration process. I later found my birth certificate but since I have been using this attestation, I decided to stay with it. And yes, my mother have her own birth certificate also.

    This is where I am confused. Uscis still want copy of my birth certificate even if DNA is done. Please see attachment and advise. Appreciation.

    Suggesting I get a dna test since I cannot provide my birth certificate. Any suggestion on how to get the DNA test done since my mother is in Nigeria while I am here? The letter does not really give details explanation on the steps.

    Hello all, at this stage I don't know what else to do. I filed for my Mum since Nov 24th, 2021 and on Dec 1st, 2021, it changed to actively reviewed. Since then nothing is coming forth. Case went to California processing center, my mom is in Nigeria and will be going through consular processing. I have made 2 service requests for case out of processing time and still nothing, all they kept say was case is processing normal ans should hear from them within 45 days. Please any advice on what to do next?
