    Pakistan PC is not needed and then why it's saying missing on my CEAC portal even though I explained it on CEAC portal in comment section during uploading documents.

    I would appreciate if someone have same experience and give me some answers. I got an email today that I am DQ. But on my CEAC portal it's showing I am missing U.S domicile proof ( which I Submitted paystubs from last six month ) and police certificate ( which is not required for Pakistan). so what should I do now? Should I submit missing documents again on CEAC or wait for interview day so I can bring those documents on interview day? If I submit documents after receiving documentarily qualified email, would that reset my DQ date? On NVC website , it's clearly stated that police certificate is not required for Pakistan, do I need to make one to upload missing document.

    Yes initially I uploaded all documents in petitioner section including i864A for household member too. Now I just realized to add household member. I uploaded documents and hopefully NVC accept this time

    I applied for my mother and my income is not enough so I added my husband as a household member and we filled i864A for him but NVC rejected i864A and this msg popped up under ceac account. We are unable to accept these documents as uploaded. Please add (your husband) as a Household Member under your name. All documents for your husband should be submitted under their own name.

    IR1 is spouse visa category and is it same for parents?

    😳😴😴 omg , its almost a year and you are still waiting for interview date after completing all process at NVC. Am I missing something? I thought after all documents submission it usually takes three or four months for parents because there is no limitation for parents and spouse visa of US citizen.

    do I need to attach spouse and children birth certificates with i130 or just my sister birth certificate , my birth certificate, Citizenship proof , my parents marriage certificare would be enough??

    oh i see, Actually her babies birth certificates have wrong spellings of one parent name and they need to correct it or make new birth certificates of babies which gonna take two or three month or may be more thats why I was thinking to apply for her and add derivatives after some time.

    I am US Citizen and like to apply i130 for my married sister. I know its going to take more than 15 years. Can I just apply i130 for her right now and once her PD would be current after 15 years than add her husband and two babies names or should I add her husband and babies name right now in the petition? I would prefer to apply only for her right now if I can but I want to make sure its not going to be problem to add her babies in petition in future. I appreciate if someone can guide me.

    I am waiting too and filed at june 27 for my mom. Its long and exhausting process.

    did they check ur daughter original birth certificate? i applied for my mother and i am wondering should I send her my original birth certificate from usa to her country for interview

    i Think its taking a year for uscis to approave petition before sending it to nvc, like march filer are getting approavel in march. I applied for my parent in june. 😔 I guess three more months to go.

    Can anyone please guide me,what documents parents need to take for interview. I just want to prepare for that. Do my mother need my original birth certificate and original citizsnship certificate during her interview? do I need to send these documents to her before interview?
