Hello everyone, I forgot my password, and when I try to recover it, it asks me to enter the authentification code from the app which I don't have set up anymore
USCIS website mentions "If you can’t remember your password reset answers, send us a message using this link: my.uscis.gov/account/v1/needhelp." and "Our Technical Help Desk will email you, usually within 72 hours, with instructions for resetting your password."
However, it's been 2 weeks without any answers. Please help as I am trying to apply for N400 online using the account.
