    Hello,

I checked the USCIC processing times and most of the service centers are only working on fiance visas (I-294F) from February 1st! They are OVER 7 MONTHS BEHIND! I'm not trying to be political here, but do you think it is because of the new Trump administration and a dislike of immigration? Could it possibly just be they aren't staffed as well as they should be? I've also heard he has not staffed large numbers of positions, but that may just be the upper tier or leaders, I don't know. Could it just be they get a big influx of applications at the first of the year and the pace will pick up soon? I sure hope so. I filed in mid-June and I was hoping to at least get the USCIC approval this month but it looks like there's no way that's going to happen.

The website isn't being updated. They're at April 27 now ;) My NOA1 date is April 26 and I'm hoping to get my NOA2 this week.

    Hi Guys,

144 days today and still no NOA-2/Update.

Nothing to show in today's Informed Delivery also :(.

In just over a week's time we'll be hitting the 5 month mark. :(

Is it becoming the expected 5 month mark for approvals now?

Hoping and wishing for tomorrow's mail...

Well done to all those moving along in the process, exciting to see you all progress. :)

Hopefully better news to come soon.

I'm April 26 and still waiting. 140 days so far. :(

So so my OH called yesterday, first spoke to a really nice lady (Tier 1)who explained a lot, he still asked to be put through to Tier 2 and she did. Tier 2 said they're processing 1 Feb, my OH half then said, I know that's not true as we're on this forum and people from early April are getting their NOA2's through. He then ( my OH said he was super nice was really nice) and said, I know CSC are processing April as well at the moment. My OH then asked if he could look at our case and he said that ours had not been assigned to anyone yet, however he said that once they're assigned it moves really quick and a desicion is usually made within a day or two maximum. He then said that tier 2' s cannot see much more but if my OH wanted he could make an appointment with our local immigration office and that they can look further into it and give us a more exact estimate etc.. this is the first we've ever heard of this and to be fair they received our application on April 24th so we're still not expecting anything yet but at least we got some answers and if we haven't heard anything in about 3 weeks we will schedule that meeting.

    Hi all,

I have 2 question about the processing times.

    1. My understanding from the USCIS Processing times chart is that they are currently taking around 105 days to process I-129F petitions. It looks like 105 days has been about the same for the past three updates to the USCIS charts. So, I should be able to expect my NOA2 towards the end of July, given my NOA1 date of April 13 at CSC. Is this the correct assumption? If not, could someone please explain how to properly read those charts?

    2. Based on VisaJourney estimates, this same time frame also looks to be true. Several days ago, I saw that under the Current Processing Times chart, VisaJourney showed that petitions with NOA1 dates of April 2 were currently being processed at CSC; however that date has moved back several days to March 30 now.

Does anyone know how VisaJouney Calculate these dates and why it would have moved backwards?

    Hey there,

I was wondering the same. Our NOA1 is April 24 and I keep updating the VJ website but CSC seems to not move at all which is very frustrating. However, I hope that we will all get our NOA2 in August. ;) The timeline used to say 105 days to process but now it's apparently 122 days... Who knows.

Good luck to us all! :)

  5. Dear all,

on April 24, 2017, our Form I-129F, Receipt Number WACxxxx, was received.
I would like to know which Service Center is handling our case.
Is it CSC (which is the return adress on our NOA1) or VSC (which is the Center that is handling Massachusetts where my boyfriend is from).

I keep checking the K1 Fiance Visa Historical Processing Times and it seems that CSC has been moving backwards/stalled whereas VSC seems to be the fastest.

Thanks for your help and good luck to all of us!
