Hi all, My parents have been approved for green card and entered the country a month ago, but haven’t received the physical card. I just got them a new place to live and need to update their address. On AR-11, it asks for form number and sub form type. Which form and sub form should I choose? I chose “Yes” for “Have you filed an immigration-related application or petition and your case is pending a decision or you have not received a notice, card, or document?” Thank you.
