im here in the states now, when i received the visa in korea, i got the brown envolpe saying do not open it. when i got into the airport in the states, they opened it and stamped my passport. so im legally here in the states now.. but what about the brown envolpe? i can't get the all important papers back?? as u know, there r some financial papers and birth certificate and other privacy information.. let me know asap..

my questions are about i-134. im over here and waiting for the interview day.. before i have it, i have to prepare some paper work about i-134. im a current student and have small money pay by govt. cuz of my army before. but im not sure about my income status that makes my fiance to pass the interview easily. so im thinking about getting my dad as a sponsor.

what exactly do i need for that? im confused over here.

i know first, i have to fill out the i-134 form, and then getting some docs. about my income and tax??

what exactly do i need , and where can i get them from? and i kno i have to verify them and how long does it take to be verified.??

and if i have my dad as a sponsor, what does he have to need?

teach me easily and simply. hope i can get the answers asap.

I'm newbie here but I wasn't a newbie over K1 visa journey.

For a long 5 month of visajourney, we approved on sept. 5. finally!!

Our file was classified so called "March petition" lol but anyways,

What my questions are

after approval Email,

1. when my baby will get the real approval mail in hands? and then,

2. how long does it take to get it from USA to s. Korea?

3. after I get the visa in Korea, when i will be able to get a visa interview?

so if i get busy for the visa after approval, how long approximately does it take time to get my real visa!!

i can't wait to see my husband to be...... T^T
