Yes, I posted it. That was the last update from USPS. I am assuming it was delivered to their PO Box. So someone from USCIS will get it. We probably have to wait about 3 weeks to get the mail. That is what my lawyer said.

It wasn’t rushed. Lawyer’s office was working on it since September. We always had a plan to submit it on first day. Tax advice would be on getting recommendation on the Federal tax return. I have all my tax returns but we need the tax transcripts from the IRS site. The reason he didn’t ask for it now is because the instructions said there is no need for it since my application is not based on marriage, sponsored by my USC mother, 5 year wait, never left USA but we will have it ready at the interview if they ask for it. Good call on learning to use guns.

I think it’s because Houston is one of the most busiest FO in USA. There are many applications here compare to other FO. Also, USA has way more people attempting to Naturalize compare to Canada so they have to focus on other areas than the Oath ceremony.

My lawyer filed by mail on 11/28/23. To Dallas PO Box. Nothing yet.

There was no rush. Lawyer had been working since September. Tax advice was not given and wasn’t needed. We have to wait for transcript because my interview will be in 2024. It wasn’t front load included because then I would be missing 2023 returns. Also, I never left USA so that helps too and I registered for Selective Service. Well, the 1099 would be on the Tax transcript. You took weapons training?

Lot of those 100 questions have same answers. 100 may seem like a lot but a lot of them easy and some you just have to know your local congress person.

I have been working with this lawyer since 2011. He is also a really good friend of my brother. I am in good hands. I don’t think it was rushed but I knew my early filing date and I submitted my requested documents in September. How did he file without supporting evidence? Lawyer’s staff works on the application. Then I reviewed it to find any missing and/or incorrect info. The only thing missing was my mother’s naturalization date. Then, lawyer reviews it for final submission. Employment info is there which was the W-2 but other users have said it isn’t required? I am missing my side Gigs on there. It was my mistake for bringing up the waived interview (this was for AOS). I will study the civics test but it will also be done at the lawyer’s office. Which errata sheet?

Many people are getting the interview waived. Why is that? I believe that may have been for AOS?

What about the additional work history in the application that I did not report?

I am tracking it because I have the tracking #. It will arrive tomorrow there. I have to wait for NOA, Bio and ETA in the mail I suppose?
