Me and my Girlfriend been together for almost 5years. It's been soo long I haven't seen her. The last time is saw her was 2017. In was planning to do a fiancee visa. Then when i saw there is a wedding for same sex in the Philippines but this is not recognized there. So i wondering if i can file a spouse visa? If we decided to get marry in the Philippines even its not recognized but in the United States do. Do you think i could still file a spouse since we did get marry in the Philippines. The only thing that bothers me is the same sex marriage is not yet legalized but they have same sex marriage. So what do you think is the best way that that i could get her here in the United States. Shoulf i file fiancee or spouse? I just don't want us to be apart anymore
