    AOS from B1/B2 visa in January 2017. Received 2 year green card on June 2017 after interview. I-751 ROC filed on March 11, 2019. Case transferred few weeks ago to Potomac service Center.

    Hi- My question is for other former Indian citizens who went through the OCI process. I recently acquired US citizenship and have to give up my Indian passport. Am i married or single in the OCI application? Curious to hear how you went ahead with the OCI process. I KNOW that India does not recognize same sex marriages and therefore i should be "single" on the OCI application form but dont want to run into trouble if, on entry in India, its disclosed that I'm married in a same sex marriage and did not disclose that on my OCI application. Thanks.
