WoW !!! thats a long time waiting dang , 

Submit a case  out of normal processing time inquiry , 

we used the USCIS case tracker app on the phone to track cases and see in real time when and which  PD is being approved appx .   

but call uscis and talk to tier 2 as well see what is going on with your case

Yeah call NVC , I mean they only ask for petitioners name DoB and Beneficiary's name and DoB , so you should know both of those , 

My case was also sent to DoS on 16th , 

And got my case # last week 

So you should have your case # too

I got my DS-261 filled , can't pay any fee's yet , was told to wait for welcome letter before i can do anything else ,

On the other hand, when I talked to USCIS on February 9th, the Tier 1 officer said our case was still being processed. So which one should we believe? I hope the approval is true so we can leave Hellbraska!  

 

Believe the inquiry because tier 1 reps tells you what online status shows they can't look deep into your case ,. So if online still shows it's not approved that's what they'll tell you

If you want another confirmation talk to a tier 2 rep they'll  be able to confirm

There should be an option to pick up when you go online to select delivery method before interview , 

I believe my brother picked up his passport , and his was done in 3 days

in India , from Mumbai embassy , the passport comes back fast , i have heard you'll get it in most cases like less then a week ? or 2 weeks max , 

also I think you get that sealed envelope packet with your Passport  should be in same courier etc. 

Although I can't log in yet using my info on CEAC  

it says "  Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time" 

I am guessing that is  normal since my case # had probably Just been assigned ??

my grandmother has a heart failure condition and according to doctors .. she may not have much time  

so stating she was not able to attend wedding and would like to get her blessings before something worsens .

Not really ,  you can start counting 8-11 weeks for CC ,   keep checking NVC website to see if you got CC already or not  every so often ,  

and your husband can start enjoying in joy    he is ALMOST  Done with this visa process and ALMOST here With you in few months !!!!!!

I called NVC this morning and got my CASE # !!! Woohoo lol 

Case Approved Jan 4th ,   

Sent to DoS    on  Jan 16th 

NVC Received on  Jan 22nd 

Case # Received Feb 8th ( via phone )

my case was sent to NVC on 16th and Phone confirmation from rep they received it on 22nd  

still no case # my 2 weeks are  up tomorrow  hope we both get ours soon

to receive case number from the time your documents are delivered to NVC ?  i sure hope not ..... 

my case was delivered to NVC on 22nd , I called NVC tonight they said no case # yet it can take UP to 2 weeks on  most occasion to receive your case #  

on average i have seen it taking from 10-20 days from the time they received your case ,

Me too , agent said I should have my case # by Monday as that'll mark the 2 weeks  praying we both get our case # next week at the least

the representative said yes,  if you have E-mail listed on I-130 or so , they'll put it into system and send E-mail , however , you need to call and verify  that we have correct E-mail inputted on the computer ,  "  

so I am hoping  that's correct , but in case I'll give them my E-mail again once i  get my case #

so I guess if we don't get PCC in 3 weeks we contact  Navsari office again , hopefully we get it soon
