    I hope so , Especially if you have option of E-mail processing then its preety fast, 

    but for Mail processing it can take from 1-3 months, + document travel times, then interview date usually take 1-2 months .

    I think i would call USCIS and ask for updates, because its been over their " normal processing time "  I believe,

    you can also try writting your Senator a letter because of same its out of normal processing time
