It is ridiculous that they continue to be stuck in November.

Is anyone else hopeful that December and January will be processed a little bit faster?

I get that they had a lot of backlog from November but dear Lord.

Also hoping that the NVC stage won't take you as long.

Congratulations to those that are finally getting approved after a long wait <3

i  saw some November 30 Approvals on app , BUT!!

there are still   Hundreds of November cases left to process  from November  4 and up

hope we dont get a RFE....as our is an arranged marriage we have no pictures of before marriage, we have kept the evidences in tact pictures from marriage, our trips and he is coming to visit me next month so that too is an evidence...but still i just hope we dont get and RFE.....its already taking forever for the approval....

Oh man hope I don't get any red flags lol ,  My Arranged marriage was fixed on January 16th or so and we married on Febraury 3rd lol ,   only knew each other for 4 weeks before marriage and out of those 4 weeks , we only met in person for 2 weeks since I traveled to India on 22nd Jan.

I did provide lots and lots of proofs lol ,

Photos from wedding album , 2 marriage bona fide from relatives ,  printed 40 pics of us showing marriage rituals + our trips to Singapore and Bali  ,  etc  , and  of course marriage cert.

basically i loaded up with proofs lol

    Dear all,

we just received the text message that our case has been received and the I-797 will be send out shortly.

How do we find out which Service center is in charge?

    Thanks in advance!

yup wait for the NOA 1 , on their the receipt number will start with 3 letters

    For example

    CSC – California Service Center
    EAC – Vermont Service Center
    LIN – Nebraska Service Center
    NBC – National Benefits Center
    NSC – Nebraska Service Center
    TSC – Texas Service Center
    VSC – Vermont Service Center

Oh okay. Can you shed some light on how do you set this up? I have both case tracker and USCIS apps installed on my phone.  I just did not know how to find the case numbers from November to track using the case tracker app.

i been tracking lots of cases on the case tracker app too ranging from December - April , for Nebraska center

basically all i did was just changed numbers around and see what shows up  for example :  one of my November case # is LIN1790165514

so LIN 1790  is a fixed number seems like , after that you just change around other digits and do case look up on the app and once you find I-130's just click follow case

i got this idea from one other member that's doing this same thing for Texas Center so i figured to kill time I do this too

Once a week or so whenever i get lot of case updates , I'll post the updates here for Nebraska center

    edit :

so my VJ timeline started from saying approved estimate of October 16-31st . slowly , now its moved on to November 26- December 14 hehe ,  We'll get there one day

Hey, What reason did your brother provide NVC with for escalation? I am Nebraska filer sitting with Feb PD. At the rate Nebraska is going, I am hoping to hear something by end of October/Early November.

he wrote to the FL state senator asking help to expedite case with NVC after spending 6 months at USCIS and at that point our grandmother was really sick, so he provided proof of that that she'ls put on hospice health care and wanted to spend some time with her family

    edit

i have to ask him again, I think he might have done expedite request by contacting NVC directly as well.

That chart shows that in May 31 they started working on cases dated November 15 or later, so by now those Priority Date cases should be finished, if not, you're out of normal processing time.

You  can't do an inquiry in that case, they'll just give you the generic answer of within processing times.

ohhh  now I get it lol , so that's when they started working on cases from those dates , ok

    thank you

They just updated the processing times, if you're stuck at Nebraska and your PD is November 15 or later,i strongly suggest you file inquiries, call USCIS and demand  to speak to a Tier2 or supervisor, or make an infopass appointment, they are now required to tell you what is holding your case. At least you'll know. Also contact your congressman,in our case it really helped.

    I have a question,

on those processing time data , it says field office processing cases as of date may 31st,  and it is now July 13th  ( appx, 1.5 month from that date ) so even if we consider they moved 1 month ahead in those 1.5 month time period wouldn't they be working on at least late December cases by now ?

SO basically what I am saying is if your case PD is let's say December 15 , or before then you are out of normal processing time ? and can do inquiries etc ?

:( oh no... that's so terrible. My PD is February 8th, and I'm not getting my hopes up.  Technically it would have to be September, but who knows. My first wedding anniversary is in January, and  I exactly know how you feel. This process is heartbreaking and we make so many sacrifices, but eventually it will all be a distant memory and it will make us stronger, individually and as a couple. Most marriages I know don't have to deal with all of these right off the bat, so in a twisted way I'm grateful. Know you're not alone, and we can make it, and will make it through this year!

Yeah :)  thank you, it sucks but we'll be strong :) we got lots of support here

@Tquan Nebraska really is a horrible center to be stuck at, I can't believe they haven't finished November applications! ugh ugh ugh.

that'd be great, never been to Trinidad! I bet it's amazing. I hope you do make it soon, Best of luck for you as well <3

I know man , This sucks my PD is April 3rd and it went to Nebraska , of course,    seeing how Nebraska is still working on November files since last 2-3 months ,  seems like we won't be together for first marriage anniversary ( on Feb. 3rd )   ,  at this rate I'll get my NOA 2 around November to early December .... which will be like 8-9 months .. :(:(:(

I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I thought being married with kids an veteran would have made a difference. It's like it is even harder. Worse thing is seeing others with dates in November - March being approved an others ate still stuck from September

sounds to me They might have lost your file , or lost some paperwork or something  during the transfer  its just insane whats going on with your case especially because Potomac is the fastest Center I think
