can you tell me what app your using and how your tracking it please?
I am using USCIS Case Status app made by Aries Software Studio from play store ( Android Phone )
In this I just do case look up of up to 20 at a time and if I find any i-130 cases and add to track case
Took many days for me to get all these cases on tracked list , just guessing case numbers at start
You can atart by typing your case number and add cases around yours to list first
PM me if you need some help and I'll help you

My wife and I were also considering of asking them to expediting our case, because my wife diagnosed with cancer last month, and I would like to be there with her for the treatment. But after doing my research it looks like our efforts would be in vein. So we just decided to wait it out.
I am sorry to hear about your wife diagnosed with cancer ,
I would definitely try to expedite because I have seen few that got expedite approved for medical emergency reasons

I post updates when the USCIS APP prompts my phone. The APP does not allow you to save cases or information so unfortunately I do not know when the RFE's or approvals occurred. Usually the person receives a text their online status has changed well before the rest of us find out about it.
I am also tracking 100+ cases on my USCIS case tracker app. , I refresh it every evening and can see which of those If any got update that day
I am tracking cases from November to end of April dates

Unfortunately you cannot do a case inquiry until you are officially out of processing times according to the USCIS website. According to the USCIS website anyone who has applied with a NOA1 before Jan 14 can file a case inquiry. Keep checking the USCIS website for Nebraska to see what date they are processing cases from. USCIS goes by their own website and not by Visa Journey's.
True , but weirdly about a month ago I was able to submit inquiry , which I didn't expect to do anything
And surprisingly I got the typical reply lol case is In que for processing blah blah lol

I just looked at their profile and wife’s from phillipines. Usually they process faster or the husband works for immigration or has a connection who works there OR it’s some other means.... Who knows
Ah ya Philippines that solves it , I heard Philippines cases get processed lot faster then others

Hey guys,
Yesterday (Nov 22) I received 4 texts messages & a email from USCIS saying my 1-129f was closed and benefits received by other means.
Im hearing this means I’m approved but not getting anxious until I call to verify on Monday.
There’s hope after all 😀
WOOO!!!! yay Finally man ,
yes this usually means your I-130 is approved thus making your I-129f in-eligible
so happy for you man, seems like they finally started clearing backlogged cases from November- December because i am getting few old case updates on my tracked cases list from those times almost every day
( ALOS , i saw March 3rd case get RFE yesterday, so slowly moving to March while leaving February ppl behind
)

The fact that there are still Nov/Dec filers out there but they're already issuing RFE's to March people is heartbreaking. I'm happy it's moving towards my date but it's scary they can leave some people 5 months behind.
Were those March RFE from March 1 ??
I got a real time updates of 1 case March 1 with RFE

Wish it was my case being approved. Still waiting from Nov
You are very close man hang in there ,
Another case from November 21 got approved today

Maybe it's just me , but I haven't been getting many real time case updates in my apps from Nebraska center , been getting Texas , California and all ,
Only have show updates matching my case too lol
But on my list of tracked cases November and December case got approved ,

Hello--
Yesterday, I received an email notification from USCIS that they accepted our application. We sent it on Nov. 6. It will be routed to USCIS Potomac Service Center. Are they ones checking to see if we got approved?
Yup Potomac is where your file will be processed now and approved ,
I think Potomac is one of the fastest right now so congrats on that 😁😁

Small update on my case. Our i-129f got closed today after 320 (approx) days of waiting. Answer was “Case Closed, benefit recieved by other means.” At this time our i-130 has had no movement at 347 days.
Our lawyer recommended that we file both
despite the fact that we had already been married (no need for the i-129f). I can only hope that we are getting close to the i-130 being approved. I know some of you filed similarly so I hope my case gives you some hope.
Congratulations that's a great sign that i-129f is closed
It means your i-130 is approved , you can call and talk to tier 2 office he can confirm this over phone most times

Im from India, my PD April 4th, I’m at 227th day I know after NOA2 I’m gonna face(NVC,embassy, medical, interview )
but when will have CR-1 visa in my hand?
May be next year which month do you guys think ?
This is my rough calculation right now
Get approved mid Jan - February
Pay NVC fees and send documents by end of March
11 weeks processing done end of June
Get interview appt end of July
I know I am stretching some of these but right now I am just convincing my self I won't see my wife till August or September 😓😓😓

My timeline changes so much, it plays with my heart
it says November 12-20th now, but sometimes it says until the 26th. I know it's just an estimate and not factual, it's just funny to watch.
every day without an RFE it's a good day despite not having an approval yet. They shouldn't wait 10+ months to send one, but it is what it is.
Keeping busy is really helpful. This month is already flying by, at least it feels that way.
same, my PD is April 3rd, and timeline right now shows December 30- January 6th, which i think seems not possible, but still gives me hopes that I am close , sorta ,
trying to keep my self busy, hopefully they get through old cases and move on to march fast

Well not that idk how much slow Nebraska can get still lol but , holiday season coming up for USA , ppl gonna be taking days off , office gonna be closed few days etc ....
So let's see 😯😯😯😣😣😣

It will take about 6 months to approve your petition.
Well sadly her application is sent to Nebraska they are 2-3 months behind others and taking 9-10 months just for approval ( 1st step )
So your entire process for Nebraska is roughly 13-16 months

so , i got my response back , from , case outside of normal processing time " request submit
not that I was expecting anything but just got their Typical reply lol
" The status of this service request is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."but figure i try anyways since it let me submit the inquiry lol being that my PD is April 3rd
