Priority date is basically when USCIS received your petition you filed . It’s located at top left of your initial receipt notice or approved I-130 Petition Letter . -
Received my NVC Welcome Letter yesterday via email. Both parents approved: 12/18 Priority Date: 1/12 Anyone have idea how can I get both parents application to be processed together, leading to (1) interview date?

Hey Everyone! My status on USCIS was/ still is saying Case Is Being Actively Reviewed, estimated (2) Months. I just happened to check my documents folder. Approval Letters for both parents was mailed to me 🎉🎉 So Please Check Your Documents Folder Guys❗️ Priority Date: 1/12 . - - -> NVC

Parents application recently showed (1) week. Checked the processing time recently and got that notification 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

Parent processing time went from 9months to 3weeks and 2months.

Arhh, prior to uploading there’s a descriptive part stating to upload marriage certificate if there was any name change- My mom name on the my birth certificate has her maiden name only & I’m filing in her married name ( if that makes sense). So I decided to just send those to prevent any unnecessary confusion.

Lol nah , I just upload what they asked for but in reference to your question someone replied in a previous post saying when it comes to parents , we don’t have to show “proof” of a bonafide relationship due to our birth certificates. What would be prob more of a concern is if the beneficiary had a B1/B2 visa and they overstayed their time/ caught working , giving birth to a US citizen child in the pass etc which may hinder an approval/denying of the I-130 application. 🤷🏾♀️

Hey For my moms filing . I sent my naturalization certificate, passport page, birth certificate and marriage certificate (since I have a name change) And my moms birth certificate and marriage certificate ( since she has a name change as well). This was actually one of the simplest supporting documents since K-1/AOS Lol.
