  1. Priority date is basically when USCIS received your petition you filed . It’s located at top left of your initial receipt notice or approved I-130 Petition Letter .
  2. Received my NVC Welcome Letter yesterday via email. Both parents approved: 12/18 Priority Date: 1/12 Anyone have idea how can I get both parents application to be processed together, leading to (1) interview date?
  3. Yay! Congratulations! Amazed they’re still working/approving cases during mist of the holidays season!
  4. Thanks much! Yes hopefully you do! All January filers and others will receive approval soon 🎉
  5. Wow! Great you're able to be proactive and get the ball rolling before the physical mail is in your hands! Hopefully you get that approval notification/mail soon!!
  6. Hey Everyone! My status on USCIS was/ still is saying Case Is Being Actively Reviewed, estimated (2) Months. I just happened to check my documents folder. Approval Letters for both parents was mailed to me 🎉🎉 So Please Check Your Documents Folder Guys❗️ Priority Date: 1/12 . - - -> NVC
  7. 😂 Im monitoring as well! Hope it doesn’t mean a year time frame. Im browsing past timelines to find other experiences with unpredictable processing time…..
  8. Parents application recently showed (1) week. Checked the processing time recently and got that notification 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
  9. Parent processing time went from 9months to 3weeks and 2months.
  10. I Think it’s until approved to be passed onto NVC for processing.
  11. Arhh, prior to uploading there’s a descriptive part stating to upload marriage certificate if there was any name change- My mom name on the my birth certificate has her maiden name only & I’m filing in her married name ( if that makes sense). So I decided to just send those to prevent any unnecessary confusion.
  12. Lol nah , I just upload what they asked for but in reference to your question someone replied in a previous post saying when it comes to parents , we don’t have to show “proof” of a bonafide relationship due to our birth certificates. What would be prob more of a concern is if the beneficiary had a B1/B2 visa and they overstayed their time/ caught working , giving birth to a US citizen child in the pass etc which may hinder an approval/denying of the I-130 application. 🤷🏾‍♀️
  13. Hey For my moms filing . I sent my naturalization certificate, passport page, birth certificate and marriage certificate (since I have a name change) And my moms birth certificate and marriage certificate ( since she has a name change as well). This was actually one of the simplest supporting documents since K-1/AOS Lol.
  14. What’s the estimate time frame looking like for your field office?
  15. Hello Everyone, Just wanted to start a topic for January 2023 filers. I just submitted I-130 forms for both parents. Now we wait 🙌🏽🇺🇸
