But former commissioner at the Federal Election Commission, Hans von Spakovsky, said that Cohen’s decision to plead guilty does not necessarily mean Trump violated the law.
“This is not a violation because this was not a campaign-related offense,” Spakovsky told Fox News on Wednesday. “Yes, Cohen pleaded guilty to it, yeah Cohen paid it, but then Cohen was reimbursed by Trump.”
The plea deal states that the payments were in fact meant to influence the election, though that could be argued by Trump's lawyers if it ever came to that. Spakovsky said Trump had a history of making these kinds of payments before he was a candidate. 
Further, Spakovsky said "a candidate can spend as much of their own money as they want to—even if it was a campaign-related expense.”
Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, a frequent defender of the president, made a similar argument. 
“You have to show that it’s a crime,” he told “Fox & Friends.” He said it’s “not a crime” for a candidate like Trump to contribute to his own campaign, and probably not even a crime to direct someone else to contribute if he plans to pay that back.
Further, Dershowitz said, “The only evidence that the president did anything that might be unlawful … comes from a man who’s admitted to be a liar.”

Honestly in this instance it's irrelevant if he was a nazi or a member of antifa. That anyone can be beaten up just for carrying the American flag is a disgrace.

Maybe Venezualas democratic socialism is the only way to give everyone in the US a little bit of what they think they want.
 
The left wants socialism, and in 20-30 years the country will be in the toilet. 
 
The right wants controlled immigration and with the country in the crapper no one will want to immigrate to the US.

We moved our dog over while on a trip to visit my wife's parents, we figured it would be easier to leave the dog with them than having to worry about transporting the dog the same time as our final move. So the dog emigrated before me 🤔
 
We flew American Airlines Dublin to Charlotte NC and the fee was only $250. We purchased a crate from Amazon which met with the airlines requirements, had all vaccinations done and a letter from our vet stating the dog was healthy to travel. AA were brilliant and the dog was in great form when we collected her after we landed. 
 
Most airlines carry pets very safely and much cheaper than the specialist carriers.

Mr and Mrs G are in different circumstances, in that the US Citizen didn't have a US bank account either AND they could both go to the bank in person in advance of moving to the US together.  That's apples, (I love apples) but the Filipino spouse living abroad is oranges.
 
Long term, the cheapest and easiest way to transfer money to the Filipino Spouse is to have her open a US Dollar account at a Philippine bank and use Xoom.com or Transferwise to send US dollars directly to their account.  You can send Pesos too but the exchange rate will not be as good as she'll get at the bank.
 

The only people that this is affecting are those that put the very bare minimum into a petition and then submitting it. They are the ones that come on here that get RFE's for not submitting evidence that is common sense needed in a petition because they think that bringing all the evidence to the actual interview is better than front loading the petition. All of this time spent sending and receiving RFEs is better spent on petitions that actually have everything put together the first time.
