    Tthat is truth , it isnt an error. On june 2022, i sent a aos package for a friend, even with vaccination waiver. And her case was approved on august 26. She did biometric on july 19 , 2022. Frst i didnt belived but her card arrived on september 1, 2021. It is took a week after her approved status for she got her card My friend adjusted her status from b2 visa

    A friend of mine wasvapproved for uscis on december 2020 and her case is ready at nvc from june 2021 and she is still waiting her interview.

    That not mean nothing, i file petitions for diferents people and sometimes i got that status the same day i submit the petition online, and the cases stay that way for months or years waiting their processing time to uscis approve.

    She will get a extension letter, together with the expire green card she will be able to travel. Extension letter is 48 months now. Before was 18 months, then 24 now 48

    Be sure that the bar code is not missing at the botton, that happened to me, i sent a package for a friend and we got same letter , asking for a new form, the only problem was the bar code missing, i scanned and uploaded online to uscis online account and my friend was fine, approved without interview. She was doing aos from a b2 visa

    It is perfectly fine travel with green card in married name and passport in other name. i traveled like that just fine. now that i am us citizen , i will macth my married name in my usa passport

    I applied for citizenship as soon as the window was open, april 2022 and got interview on december 12, 2022. my cousin didn’t apply for citizenship and he waited 2 years and four months to get his permanent green card on hand, look like is better apply for citizenship as soon as the window is open.

    The case i am talking is from a friend of mine that helped with her aos. She was doing aos from b2 visa.

    Yes you can travel, and yes you can work. I went to my country for tow weeks while waiting citizenship interview and i continuew working. My trip was on november and i had my interview on december 12, i was approved , oath on january 11, Apply for us passport january 13

    She can apply but she wont get a tourist visa with a i-130 pending

    I sent the package on june 17 , we get the rfe on july 10, on july 15 iupload the i-485 to uscis account, fingersprint taken on july 19 and case was approved on august 26 , green card on hand september 1. She had a vaccination waiver too, i-130, her i-485 and i-601 vaccination waiver all were approved on august 26, without intervew. I was surprised because we were waiting interview and because he had the vaccination waiver

    Wait that send you a rfe asking for it. Or if you get a letter from uscis to create an account, just submit tge missing documents onine. You get the acce code to create the onine account more or less in one week after they get your package

    i-485, i-765, i-131 and i-693 all in each package. One package for your mon and one package for your dad. aos it is expensive, youshould do i-130 and they wait at home country less expensive

    I filled out aos for friend las year, i include the medical exam with her aos, and she was very lucky her aos was approved in just tow months. it isn’t required send medical exam with aos, but no send it just cause delay when they send rfe asking for it. if a officer has a complete package in his hand why no approve it? Or just schedule an interview? but if the case is missing the medical exam they need send a rfe. in your case if you didnt send the medical exam with your aos , then you need wait that they ask for it
