    Us officer can see canadian refused visa. I have a friend who canadian visa was denied, then year later she applied for a usa b2 visa and the us officer asked her what happend with her canadian visa aplicación and she answer was denied, her usa visa was denied too. and on ds-160 they never aked for any application visa to another country but look like they can see that you apply

    I changed my name to my husband name , and i keep my conetion with my familly and home country. My passport was in my family name and i didnt have any problem flying with my green card in my married name and my passport with my family name. last name doesn’t have anything to do with connections to home country

    For lift conditions on green card she need be resident for 2 years, but she apply for lift conditions in 1 year and 9 months of be green card holder. Then when she be 3 years being resident she can apply for citizenship, 90 days before 3 years her window open to apply. If your wife get her green card on march then she will lift condition on 2025 and be elegible for citizenship on 2026.

    I never changed my passport, and my green card was on my marriage name and i traveled without problems. Never carry with me my marriage ceetificate.

    You should apply for same day passport if you had tavel plans, people with booked flights can apply for a passport and get it same day. Expedite passports are arriving very late

    1-it is no mandatory 2-my case was transferred to my local office and i didnt ask for it, on my interview they dint ask for any documents. 3-uscis know all about your immigration history.

    I had my interview december 11 and i took all my evidences with me, they didnt ask for anything but i had all, my husband was with me but they didnt let him go in with me, i had a i-751 pending, after i passed my n-400, they approved my i-751 one day later.

    That instruction is clear,it is talking about extra informations, if you attach any page to the form you need sing each new pages attach, no the 13 pages of the form. Read the instructions, attached pages need sign each one
