    She csn and visit you, You cn get marry but not adjust status, because is fraud if she stay. But you can get marry and you apply for spouse visa. She will be waiting the process in her country but she can visit during the waiting time. If something happen with her mon heath she can be with her and the process continue. Spouse visa is cheaper that adjustment of status and in case of her mon get bad , she can be with her and you dont lose the money of aos because she abandone the process.

    As the prior answer nothing to do with you. You can write the letter but at the interview the officer even dont look at it, because they take the decission base on their own ties to their country. Strong ties: good jbs , house, cars, banks account etc etc. Ties that show to the officer that they dont go overstay their visa and work here iligally. Only if they are very old like 80 they hav better chance, because a 80 old person wont come to work here. Also depends from what country they are. Poor country harder to get a visa with low income

    No need translate any document to be handle at the embassy. I fill out aplication for people and at nvc i never trnslate. I handle a lot of cases and ony trnslate at uscis stage

    You dont need translate documents that will be handle for embassy. in Dominican Republic they accept the documents in spanish

    Get merried to a usc, divorced and get married in a short time to anther usc, and as you say a old friend with a b2 overstay, it is a big red flag. Get preper to be very scrutinized for uscis. Get preper for maybe a ugly interview

    Usually rfe has a timeline, so checck when it is your last day to send the rfe abd if you can wait for the transcript then wait and send all 5 years

    Look like your friend didnt pass the civil test oral and written. Her problem was not understand the comand about be seat. The office didnt mark that she passed the civil test. So she will be test all the questions again.

    I traveled while waiting, and wgen i was in my country they schedule my interview for december, i saw the status online, the status changed on november while in my country. When i came back i uploaded the plane ticket and passport stampt to my online account. I waited 8 months for my interview , i submitted my case on april 2022

    Your change to get the visa are minimal to not say zero, with an American boyfriend and tow denials. you can try , they get their money and you will get same answer
