SSN For K2 Follow to Join Applicant
K1visaHopeful replied to Kawika & Michelle's topic in Social Security Numbers
SSNs applied for ON immigration forms go through SSA Head office in MD. Your local SSA will have nothing to do with it's production. Has he received is GC yet? If so, his SSN card should come in the mail within two weeks of his GC ARRIVAL in the mail. If it's been longer than two weeks since he has received his GC in the mail, you should contact SSA headquarters in MD not your local SSA. SSA Head Office will EITHER produce the card or CANCEL your request to have one produced through your immigration approval and instruct you to visit your local SSA. Do not attempt to go in person to your local SSA WITHOUT first talking with SSA Headquarters MD. Doing that could initiate a second SS NUMBER and that could mess him up for a very long time. -
One dose is required for AGE-APPROPRIATE vaccines. You'd have received a blanket waiver for it for B. Insufficient time interval to complete series. You'd also have received a blanket waiver for this as D. Vaccine routinely unavailable if truly unavailable. F. Waiver also if not flu season. That's what blanket waivers are for. See the bottom of the FIRST PAGE to see the different types. Are you SURE your DS3025 is marked INcomplete on the left bottom of the FIRST PAGE? It would only be incomplete by your doing and CHOOSING not to get vaccines. For ones not available, not age appropriate or out of season etc, you would have received a waiver and it would be marked complete AND would be complete. What is your's marked ? And why would it be marked that?

https://www.cdc.gov/immigrant-refugee-health/hcp/panel-physicians/index.html https://www.cdc.gov/immigrant-refugee-health/hcp/panel-physicians/vaccination.html "The vaccines from the list above that are required for a given applicant are defined in Table 1. Vaccine series have minimum age requirements and typically require months to years to complete. Therefore, it is usually not possible for applicants to receive all vaccinations for the diseases listed above prior to departure, and they are instead required to receive from the panel physician at least one dose of each age-appropriate vaccine listed in Table 1 for which the applicant is not currently up to date. If the applicant is up to date on the required vaccines listed in Table 1, no additional vaccines are required to be given at the time of the medical exam. The panel physician should counsel the applicant about the importance of completing the series of vaccines after arrival in the United States." @Rachel n Tylerit's your CHOICE to complete the series. Your immigration REQUIREMENT has been fulfilled by getting at least one dose of your age appropriate vaccines OR receiving a waiver as indicated ON your DS3025 indicating why you were exempt for a particular one on the list. If your DS3025 is MARKED complete and IS complete, you have nothing more to do immigration wise concerning your medical. Examine it carefully.

If you read the I693 instructions, you'll clearly see that K1s are exempt as they have completed a overseas medical and have proof with a complete DS3025. Ensure you've read all form instructions before completing them or assuming or posting please as it can confuse newbies. This is for OTHER AOS applicants who USED TO be able to submit their I693 when either requested later by RFE or brought to interview. Why have they done this? Because they've now extended the validity for the I693. It used to be valid for two years while the wait for GC was longer so it made no sense to do your medical right away. However, none of that applies to a K1 with a complete medical. Ensure you understand what a complete medical is. If it's marked complete and IS complete, you're good to go. Provide a photocopy of your complete DS3025 with your application. Only one vaccination of each series is required for immigrants. Just because you WANT a complimentary dose to complete a series doesn't mean you NEED one for immigration to make your DS3025 compete. Ensure you know the difference, know what a blanket waiver is for exceptions especially for pregnant K1s and examine your DS3025 carefully. On the other side of that, completing your medical abroad is INVALUABLE. Bypassing the shots because you listen to a panel physician who says you can do them later means you haven't done your research.

It's even more than that. If you scroll down below your photo on ANY profile it should state all their details if they've put any effort into being a VJ member. As you've said, you can do it by phone so if one can post, they can fill out their profile too. Their profile is not complete at all beyond I129F FILING, never mind K1 Visa Consular data and now AOS and EAD filing and biometrics. A complete profile not only helps us answer posts without having to ask a trillion questions BUT it also allows silent readers to educate themselves and prevents mass confusion of new ppl who read and can't make the conclusions most others can. The value of that data is immeasurable. #1: I learned a lot here so now I pay back by helping. My time and help is free with the understanding that VJ stats are important to ALL members so it's everyone's duty to pay back. Having an incomplete one is selfish.

I was referring to your AOS data below and EAD data above and below (EAD is blank but youve filed). You can see when you scroll down that you only have an I129F timeline not even your consulate timeline or data nor your AOS or EAD. Knowing your AOS Local Field office which would be input your AOS Data at the bottom of your timeline would have been helpful for me to help you distinguish your current timeline from the website. You can locate your local field office by using the online local field office locator on the website. Each LFO has its own timeline. LFOs can be in the same state even and have a vastly different timeline. Are you looking at YOUR LFOs timeline on the website? It's that where you got 300 days as of now? I won't report it but likely someone will. My point was it was unnecessary. I highly recommend joining your monthly VJ AOS filing Forum to learn the basics and to discuss with your filing peers. And I still ask that you complete your timeline as it is missing many details that would have helped me to help you with this post. You can input your FILING info for both AOS and EAD and would include filing dates, locations filed to, SCs/LFOs and data for Noa1 received, biometrics dates etc simply because you've filed. VJ statistics help everyone while our answers help you personally but we need to be able to see your data to answer you or help you properly.

Also note: 1. Your VJ I765 timeline is blank although you've stated you applied. 2. You were eligible to apply for I131 which would have given you Advanced Parole to travel. You can check the timeline for that and may be interested in applying if timelines are short. You should investigate what they are at the receiving service center for K1 I131 applicants by joining the current VJ K1 AOS Filing monthly group. That topic is often discussed.

Your I485 will be decided upon by an adjudicator at your local field office unless it gets sent to the NBC for a secondary review. Using the actual processing times website of your local field office for I485 to see your estimated timeline over looking at the timeline in your account is quite important. Your VJ timeline isn't complete so I can't look it up for you but you can Google "USCIS processing times" and input your details into the calculation to see. Please complete your timeline here first! You'll probably want to edit your post to remove that part before you get reported. Politics aren't VJ welcome. Your individual adjudicator will decide that after looking at your I485/I864 package. No one here could really say what each one is looking for other than they follow the policy manual and use THEIR individual discretion. Processing times often fluctuate every few months. Many reasons but the most often due to workload transfers. You can Google "USCIS workload transfers" to understand more.

I-864 For AOS
K1visaHopeful replied to AHRA's topic in Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from K1 and K3 Family Based Visas
As a K1? Are you using your new married name moving forward in life? If yes, your legal name IS your married name. Inputting your new name is HOW you "change" your name on paper as an immigrant. If no, and you choose to remain known as your maiden name and have not elected to take a new name, your legal name is your maiden name. Of course, you always list previous names as asked as well. Please fill out your blank VJ timeline in reciprocity. Your timeline stats help ALL VJ members while our answers help YOU personally. A blank timeline helps no one (and in your case, can even cause confusion because your post doesn't state you are a K1 and could easily have been placed in the wrong forum. A correctly filled out timeline will prevent an undetailed post from being misconstrued.) -
The most recent year's tax proofs are required as per the instructions. Ensure you've read and understood them to prevent an RFE. No. Generally not. As the instructions state, when providing an EVL, 6 months of paystubs are recommended too. "Need to" is not a question we can answer as you provide what proves YOUR extremely individual financial situation meets the FPGLs. We cannot tell anyone what proofs they can provide for that reason as we don't know their situation. In yours, one of a few things could happen. 1. They'll say less than 6 months months is okay IF your 3 previous years income that you input on the form meets the FPGLs TOO. 2. They'll wait and not give you an RFE right away and ask you to REPROVE it later on when they actually get to your petition. 3. They'll RFE you right away and tell you to prove it in other ways (assets or a Joint Sponsor). I'd prepare 3. before I'd send in initially. Please fill out your completely blank VJ timeline in reciprocity. Your timeline stats help every group member while our answers help you personally. A blank timeline helps no one.

You will receive an RFE in the mail for each PETITION and you will respond to them INDIVIDUALLY by mail. You can put them INDIVIDUALLY packaged in the same envelope PROVIDED the response address is the same for both RFEs. Individual petitions requires individual responses to each and every RFE. Your VJ timeline is blank. Please complete it in reciprocity. Your stats help every VJ member collectively while our answers help you personally.

Each new petition requires required proofs. And you provided YOUR proof of filing taxes for YOURSELF as the original sponsor as well? If you are going the complete federal tax returns route rather than the much easier Return Transcript route as proof, "complete" means all schedules PLUS earnings statements for employed and 1099s for self employed? Did you provide that for ALL sponsors? You are always sponsor regardless of your financial ability TO sponsor. If not, an motion to reconsider wpuld not apply to a miatake on your part. Sorry I'm not going to download that so sorry if my above is repetitive/irrelevant. Also, you filed when? (You've confused your VJ timeline and input K1 info into your AOS timeline. Please correct). If you filed after April 15th, 2023 tax proofs would be required not 2022.

So you have a lease in both your names. The bill will have your common address and same as lease. Will have both your names in policy. If you use a credit card, your grocery shopping charges will appear at stores in the same city as your lease/ any proof of living together. Timing is irrelevant. Nah. Nah. Sure but you're likely not thinking of everything you have because you think it's not good enough. DLs, mail, memberships, municipal licenses like pets, sporting etc. No. Understand the reason you got an RFE. It's not because you didn't submit anything. It's because time has lapsed inbetween filing AND they likely don't want to bother to interview you so are asking for truth on paper.

1. The issue isn't applying. The issue is USING it but.... 2. GC HOLDERS only qualify after 5 years residency. She isn't one. 3. Pregnant woman are exempt from using public benefits. 4. Please fill out your blank VJ timeline in reciprocity. Your timeline helps all VJ member stats while our answers help you.

I94 only shows current/ last entry info. Travel history shows a list. You need the former, not the latter. I'll refrain until 10 to 14 days has passed from your K1 entry and you've entered every combination possible of your name from your passport/ visa to be concerned. Looking now has no relevance.

A derivative is someone that, because of the person's familial relationship, can be added to one form. I485s don't have that option. The child of a K1 can be added to a K1 Visa visa stage but they aren't called derivatives. You cannot simply add anyone to your I485 (other than disclosing then as your child but that would not give them a visa or AOS). EACH K1/K2 AOS filer needs their own I485 and seeing that your child was not a K2 because you did not disclose them as a K2, they are not in the US and eligible to file an I485. They need a visa to get them to the US via I130 now and likely, there will be lots of questions on why you hid everything instead of disclosing at the visa stage. Your VJ timeline is blank. Please fill it out in reciprocity. While our answers help YOU, your stats help all VJ members.

You can Google "I94 Deferred Inspection" and read how to fix an incorrect I94. It should be corrected before filing AOS. It in fact, should've been corrected before US entry. Please fill out your blank VJ timeline in reciprocity. VJ members depend on the stats your timeline generates. A blank one helps no one while our answers help you.
