My husband was deported on february 2005 after leaving here for 6 years. He had a letter of deportation when he file with a lawyer in 1999. Any way we have a 3 years old girland we file a waiver I212 since february 2006 . Our lawyer took a total of 9500 dollars from us since 2001. Now we file the waiver and waiting on pins and needles for an answer. We are from Haiti , it very unstable overthere. I have not been able to go back there. I have been in America for 28 years.
